Cleanliness is an issue. Wiping the carpets still leaves them dusty. Try vacuuming them. The breakfast was supposed to have been served at 8:30, was at 9:20 instead.

    Great location! Very friendly staff.

The room did not feel very clean. There was mould in the bathroom and the sheets and pillows had a musty smell. There was no washing machine in the room, and when we complained we had booked a room with a washing machine they said none of their rooms have washing machines and then charged us €5 extra to do washing. There were only two small windows and not really a mountain view.

Good location in the medina, close walk to everything. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast consisted of 4 types of bread, olives, a fried egg, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cheese and a small glass of juice. Nice view from the top.

The bathroom had lots of problems: could not be closed from the inside, the toilet was leaking... We had booked the 10.15 bus for Fez, thinking that would leave us time to have breakfast at 9. But, breakfast is served. Though we arrived there at 9, we were the third to arrive and hence we did not have time and had to leave without breakfast. This is just to warn anybody who was thinking to do the same as us!

The room was larger than expected, the staff was very nice with us and the position is perfect to visit the medina.

The PAID car park is 5 min walk. The Riad cannot be contacted by whatapp call so we cannot call the staff to take our bags up to the hill. The riad located on the hill.

Nice staff. Beautiful riad. Rooftop have an amazing views. We have b/fast here. They clean your laundry for free. Good breakfast. The best so far. They give new room to us, big, on ground floor as we requested. Thank you! The riad is in the middle of medina. Really easy to walk around anytime. Near to lots of cafe and restaurant. Highly recommended!

The bathroom wasn’t too clean and it was super loud in the evening since our room was directly next to the common area.

Great location! Staff was nice too , there’s one guy , who is 20 years old. A super nice person , my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. 10/10 for the breakfast! We went up to the rooftop and the breakfast was just AMAZING! We got eggs , olives , bread and bread and bread , spreads , OJ , coffee , Tea etc. the best breakfast we ever had.

The room was very small and claustrophobic feeling which may bother some people.

The staff was fantastic. Lotfi was so interesting to talk to and had so much great info. I liked the location of the hotel. Wires got crossed somewhere when I booked and the reservation showed 2 instead of 4 guests, and the superior bungalow with 6 beds that I booked only had 4 beds - not sure why, but it’s all good! I’d try something else in Chefchaouen next time for the value.

The town centre has no car access, so car has to be parked at the nearest parking, so bear in mind you have to walk to your hotel with luggage. Also worth remembering that the GPS in the town does not work very well, which makes it a bit difficult to find your way. After taking a shower the whole bathroom floor is wet, so slippers are required.

Breakfast was served on a roof terrace, room was spacious, staff was very helpful, room was available to rent on the same day, great location

They need to improve for bed sheets. The sink in the bathroom was leaking at the bottom. The good think was that there was another sink in the room.

The staff is very kind and make an efford to make you feel comfortable. It was Ramadan and they treated us with a local soup on arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. The roof Terrace was the best place for the panoramic views and sunset pictures. The place is located in the center of the Medina and is convenient for reaching the mountains too. The breakfast was nicely served on the roof Terrace.

Perfect to explore the Medina. In winter it can get cold in the rooms, but they provide you with big and cozy blankets. The staff is extremely friendly and the offer you a big breakfast. Also you get a beautiful view from the terrace. Definitely recommend to stay with Riad Antek.

The humidity of the city as well as the odors sometimes. But it's not the hotel's fault

The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. And the employees are extremely kind and adorable with the children. Thanks a lot. the riad manager was extremely helpful. He helped us find our way around the city and booked a taxi for us for an excursion to Acchour which I highly recommend. He was patient and very kind to our children.

Mustapha and Faatimah cooked our breakfast; they were very kind, and even wrapped some snacks for us to take on our three hour journey back to Tangier on the coach. Muhammad (receptionist) was also very nice and gave us a wonderful welcome.. He allowed us to stay in the lounge whilst we had another few hours to wait for our coach. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Chefchouen in'sha'Allah. The staff in hotel Riad are as beautiful as Chefchouen itself.
