Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

This was the most beautiful riad I’ve stayed at. In fact I was picked Ik from the airport by this riad and then had a walk to the riad from the front desk. They gave us a tour of the whole building and even showed us around the city. If I ever come back to Marrakesh I’m booking through riad alnadine

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well cared for. The hospitality during our stay was special. Simo and Ibrahim are exceptional hosts, warm, attentive and full of advice. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, from helping with transportation and giving directions to recommending local restaurants and attractions. Simo gave a handy map that was useful for our stay in Marrakech. We even received a take away breakfast when we left as we were leaving for Merzouga early morning today (01/06/25) by Ibrahim. The riad itself is beautiful, decorated in traditional Moroccan style with a peaceful courtyard and a rooftop terrace that offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the medina. The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities apart from tv which is not required. :) Breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared with a mix of Moroccan and continental options, served at the rooftop. The location is ideal: tucked away in a quiet area of the medina by the alley but within easy 15mins walking distance to Jemaa el-Fnaa and 10mins walk to the the Ben Youssef Madrasa.

United KingdomPretty much nothing I'd change - had a perfect time. Worth mentioning that you have to pay cash but that's not a problem at all :)
Incredibly relaxing experience in a very quiet spot just a stroll from the city centre. Gorgeous with a clean modern look, with plenty of decorations, greenery, and places to sit and spend time. Friendly saff will make you feel at home. Comforting leisurely breakfasts and always someone at hand for anything you need, including tea!! The room was lovely and spacious with a really nice bathroom. As riad style, looks into the airy courtyard with plenty of plants around so you have the privacy while still feeling like you're in an intimate home - with about 4 other rooms or so! Filtered water also freely available all the time and good wifi, air conditioning.

Czech RepublicCentrally located in the Medina. We arrived with a car, parked in a nearby guarded parking recommended by the Riad, they also helped with the transport of our baggage to the hotel. Very smooth coordination. The Riad itself is even more beautiful then on the pictures :-)

GreeceEverything was great!
We loved everything about this hotel. The building is amazing, the lobby so beautiful and peaceful with great decoration, the beautiful terrace where breakfast that we also loved was served, the rooms comfortable and cozy. The moment you step foot into this hotel you get immediately into a moroccan vibe. The personnel exceptional too. We deeply regretted having stayed just one night there since the day after we started an organized tour with included accomodation in one of these big colourless hotels outside the center. A real hidden gem alnadine hotel, can' t wait to return on my next visit to morocco and spend more nights there.

United StatesPillows were a tad hard -- so if you're sensitive, take your own pillow along.
Fantastic, personable staff. Exceptional, substantial breakfast. Super Location -- all tourists sites w/I Medina were in walking distance, as was the new city (Gueliz, maybe 2 miles depending on how you walk-- where the train station and long distance bus stations are location). Numerous restaurants w/I easy walking distance, as well as outdoor food stands. A variety of tour agencies (for day trips) are also nearby. A taxi stop-point is about two blocks away from the Riad. The staff will assist with airport pickup and drop-off. (If you send the staff your itinerary, prior to arrival, they will have someone meet you at the airport.) The staff will provide you with an excellent map (much better than the couple I found in travel books), and if you need a SIM card for your phone, they will help you get one. They also keep a flask of water in your room, so you don't have to hunt for a small store that sells water. (Although there were plenty of mini-kiosks aound. The Riad is small -- 5 or 6 guest rooms and it has a fantastic terrance on the rooftop. It was quiet at night (btw 1100PM and 700AM), no street noise, and due to the small size, there is little noise from fellow tourists. Couple things to note: They don't accept credit cards, (credit card companies change btw 5 and 8 % -- so you get the room cheaper by paying cash); so you need to plan for paying in cash. Don't change money before you go -- there are tons of places to chance money in the airport before you depart arrivals. If you take cash, only take new, unmarked, uncrumpled bills. We also checked exchange rates at numerous locations throughout the city, and found the airport rate was OK; there was little if any difference at the exchange locations throughout the city (although this can change). There are also plenty of ATMS around the city. If you don't have the whatapp app, download it before you go.

CanadaIf you've never been to Marrakech, the Medina can take a bit of getting use to. We were tempted to leave but honestly the staff were very helpful getting us comfortable with the area. It turned out to be a great experience.
The owner's and the staff made this place a perfect place for our stay. The facility is beautiful and well appointed . We arrived later in the day and tired and a beautiful dinner was provided.

United StatesMy only tiny complaint is that you can hear everything inside the riad. You can’t hear the traffic noise at all though! Just bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. I think all riads are probably the same.
This riad is a little gem. Beautiful decor, very clean, tasty breakfast. Best of all is the service. The staff really go above and beyond. If you stay here, make sure you ask for their advice on where to dine and buy different items. They know their stuff and are more than happy to help.

NorwayThe WiFi was a little spotty
The location was set in the heart of the old town of Marrakesh with the souk right around the corner. The interior was different to the other riads we stayed in, not to say it wasn’t beautiful, clean and just what you want to come back to after the desert tour or just a long wander through the souks. The room was just like what the images portrayed. The bed was huge and comfy. The hosts were all very friendly, helpful and informative (in particular Simo). Any questions you have regarding Marrakech or anything Moroccan related. The breakfast was delicious! We stayed 3 nights and every single morning, there was something new for us which we really enjoyed. I would 100% recommend!
