The wifi is really bad, the rooftop can do with an upgrade and it would have been nice if they had an iron box available at the property for the guests to use. Also, the bathroom door and the upstairs bed creak a lot which makes it harder for people to sleep.

I truly enjoyed the warm and friendly service, the stunning building and decor, the clean and comfortable room, and of course, the delicious breakfast, snacks, and tea! Staying here was one of the highlights of my trip — sipping fresh mint tea while surrounded by beautiful decor was the perfect way to relax after exploring the city of Fes. I will definitely come back on my next visit!

Amazing stay, beyond our expectations. As the pictures show, the riad is tastefully renovated to a high standard, modern while preserving its Moroccan character. The room was spotless and the bathroom is amazing, with a huge shower and lovely Moroccan-style toiletries. It is 5 minutes away from one of the main streets of the medina but in a quiet street. The riad's courtyard is beautiful. What the pictures don't show is how helpful and kind everyone was. The owner was incredibly hospitable - she gave us a lot of explanations/advice about Fez. Hicham was very helpful when we first arrived to the riad. The breakfast/food is genuinely high quality (carefully sourced, often home made), the soup/dates for iftar were lovely surprise. A lot of thought and generosity have been put into making sure we had a great experience. Thank you very much.

Great stay at Riad Al Ansari. The Riad is beautiful and very quiet. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The Riad is very cleaned and you have the bonus to go on the roof terrace when the weather is sunny. The staff were very polite and very friendly. The food was really good and to a great standard.

The only thing that I could criticise is that WiFi didn't work in our room. In general, the signal is not very strong in the entire medina, but we have not investigated the root cause.

Riad is fully renovated with the modern equipment of top quality, yet without compromising the traditional Maroccan style and furnishing elements (wood and tiles, garden, and fountain in the middle). By far, the best riad we have seen in Marocco. Excellent client service and hospitality, the employee came down to the parking (which is, btw very close) and helped us with the luggage. He was a well-educated young gentleman with whom we exchanged on different topics. We received a very warm welcome, got explanations about the city, and had a nice chat with the owners (French- Maroccan couple). The breakfast was very good and we also recommend ordering the dinner in Riad - the quality of food was excellent. There is no need to worry about cold temperatures. One can heat the room with air-conditioning.

Great location. Fantastic staff -Hisham at reception made our stay in damp and cold Fes a beautiful memory. Thank you, Hisham. Room was very clean - beds very comfortable. Minimalist but tastefully decorated. Loved the breakfast - fresh breads, good coffee and homemade jams.

Riad Al Ansari was just wonderful! I cannot recommend it highly enough. The riad has such a lovely warm atmosphere. The attention to detail in this Riad was 5 star- the bedding, towels, cleanliness, quality, everything was great. After having a bit of a terrible experience in another Riad in Fes (we left it a night early), coming here was such a haven! Hicham is an amazing manager- very attentive and friendly. He was generous with his time to ensure we were well settled in. The location of the riad is also excellent. Just outside the hustle and bustle to get home safe and not pestered along the way. Very well lit and always someone to attend to your needs.

10/10 in every way. We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it, nicest riad we have stayed at so far in Morocco - the photos don't do it justice. We enjoyed a lovely meal and entertainment on New Year's Eve, and the service at the riad was excellent. Also enjoyed the breakfasts!

Beatiful Riad close to the Medina of Fez. Very large rooms (we rented two family rooms), with comfortable beds and good showers. Thank you Hicham, for receiving us with great hospitality !! This is what makes a stay special. We arrived by car; parking close to the Riad and a very short walk into the medina. Perfect.

The Riad is very clean, spacious and situated in a perfect location to enter the Medina. The Staff did an excellent job in every way, suggesting authentic experiences and trips to the desert. Hicham was really friendly, he told us a lot about the country and gave great recommendations. We really felt like we were at home!

The Riad was a big part of the entertainment. It is such a wonderfully restored venue - perfectly positioned within the walls of the Medina- yet not so close to the hustle and bustle of the market that it felt crowded. A beautiful place to stay

This was not only the most beautiful Riad we have stayed in during our time in Morocco, it was also one of the most tasteful, well kept and architectually stunning houses I have ever been in. The super friendly owners clearly have a great eye for detail and staying here was a fantastic experience! I highly recommend the Suit, it is even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures suggest. An absolute oasis, thank you all very much!
