United KingdomThese are suggestions rather complaints! 1. The description miss “how to reach” by different mode of transport. We took a bus from Marrakech to Agadir. For people coming first time, instructions were unclear where we ended up taking 4 share taxis to reach whereas first it’s told as 2 taxis. You can reach with 2 taxis but taxis direct are rare. So you end up going to main access centres to get connecting taxis. The contact number is mostly unavailable where we tried to contact but no answer. Language barrier was an issue. Whereas Hassan the caretaker was quite helpful and easy to communicate. 2. No caller bell at reception or from rooms to contact someone for help. It would be helpful for people need something.
1. The caretaker Hassan is the best you could ask for. 2. Location very good within the small village and some 3kms to the bird park which is walkable along the coast. 3. Food is very decent and not expensive. 4. Room with good view to the sea. Have spacious balconies and lookout for sunset. 5. Old building with good architecture, big courtyard and terrace. 6. Presence of CCTV cameras

Eating options limited but ibis chauve restaurant quite good and friendly. This is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for

United KingdomI have no complaints about the guest house, except there were a few minor repairs needing done in the room I stayed in the first 3 nights till I was moved to another. Sadly I regularly witnessed the abuse of donkeys in the surrounding area, carrying too heavy loads and people too lazy to walk. I saw a young man hitting one repeatedly till I grabbed the stick from him. The ridiculously huge load was too much for the donkey on an uphill route. It would be good to see the government implement some animal welfare regulations and limits to weights they are forced to carry and distances.
Location: proximity to bird reserve with small birds and raptors with free entry 3 km along beach from Fanti and river near Massa with waders. Amazing local people, traditional, unspoilt, serene, many KMs of beach, often nobody there off season, waves suitable for advanced surfers, well equipped spacious room with huge balcony in a traditional styl building. Hassan, the receptionist/ waiter/porter was highly professional and helpful. I really enjoyed my 6 days there and hope to return. However, if you are accustomed to city life, 5 star hotels and partying /clubbing please don't go.

NetherlandsThe combination of green painted walls and White light is cold and uncomfortable. Window and door of the bedroom didn't close well, so banging by the wind. The area is complete deserted at night and all the empty buildings around make it a bit eary.
