⸻ I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the hotel grounds were well-maintained, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of dishes. Each pool had a lifeguard, which was great as my children played there a lot. The security at the hotel was excellent, which made me feel safe as I was traveling alone with two small children. The only thing I would point out is that the animation program was quite weak. If the hotel had a stronger animation/entertainment team, it would truly be priceless! Overall, everyone was very friendly, especially Hayat, the staff member who welcomed me. She was very kind and pleasant, explained everything clearly, was patient with the children, and even helped me arrange a taxi.

Pickalbatros Palais Des Roses – A Five-Star Family Paradise!!! From the moment we arrived at the hotel resort, it was clear we were in for a treat! This five-star gem exceeded our expectations in every way, making our stay memorable and enjoyable. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Every staff member we encountered, from the reception desk to the restaurant servers, greeted us with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The reception staff and manager went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, providing us with all the information we needed to settle in and enjoy our stay as well as an amazing family suite. Thank you to Ilham, Hicham & Ikram for providing such amazing service that we decided to extend our trip by an extra day!! The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for. We loved having a cozy place to unwind after a fun-filled day. Pool and Kids' Slides Now, let’s talk about the highlight of the hotel, the pool area! The impressive pool was the perfect size for families, and the kids' slides were a smashing hit with our little ones. They spent hours sliding and splashing, giggling the whole time. We felt completely at ease knowing they were entertained in such a safe and vibrant environment. The pool is split into 3 and has a quieter area for adults to enjoy. Dining Experience The all-inclusive meal options were fantastic! Each day brought a new culinary adventure, with a wide variety of delicious choices. From hearty breakfasts to scrumptious dinners, everything was well-prepared and flavorful. The different restaurants had wide range of variety and exquisite taste. Overall, our stay at Pickalbatros was nothing short of amazing. The combination of outstanding hospitality, fun amenities, and delightful dining made it a perfect vacation spot for families. We left with fond memories and can’t wait to return in the future!

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean and everything around the hotel was being cleaned continuously. The restaurant Culina in the hotel has a good variety of dishes. If you are travelling with your family this place is definitely worth the money and you will have all you need at the hotel.

The hotel is recently renovated and overall our stay was very enjoyable. Staff were excellent – especially Ikram at the front desk, who was extremely helpful with everything, and Ismail, who assisted with arranging transportation. The food was amazing, with 4 open-buffet restaurants to choose from. The Blue restaurant offers seafood (reservation required). Alcohol was included in our package – the beer and white wine were good. Plenty of pools, enjoyable to use. The hotel is close to the beach, and the wavy sea is great for surfing. Gym was very good, fully equipped with Technogym machines.

Some alcoholic beverages were not well-known brands. Pools are new but small tiles are already coming off, and some edges can be sharp – I recommend pool shoes for kids. The beach is public, not private to the hotel.

Big thanks to Hicham, Ikram, and Mourad for making our stay so nice. And an extra shout-out to Ismail for going above and beyond! You really made us feel at home. We’ll definitely be back 🙌

Overall nice hotel

Cleanliness of room was not great found orange soda bottle under mattress as soon as I walked in.

We stayed for two nights with our young children and had an excellent experience. The rooms were spotless, the interior beautifully designed, and the food was absolutely outstanding – everything fresh, clean, and with plenty of choice. Mr. Morad gave us a very warm welcome; such a gentleman and truly friendly. Thank you for this wonderful stay – we will definitely be visiting again next time.

Everything was great. Staff were very helpful. Especially Esmaeil in the towel counter always had a smile on his face and willing to go extra for our comfort.

The staff in the dining hall,the cleaners, the chefs, the pool guards. The level of cleanliness was perfect. The food was awesome. The singers Lotfi Abdelatif and Abdlkabir sang melodious songs for us.

The WiFi speed was sickening. If you didn’t come out early, you wouldn’t have chairs beside the pool but I was helped by a pool guard on a very busy day. He managed to get four chairs for us. I booked for five adults and we were given one king size bed that my daughters shared in one room. We were given two double beds in the other room with a spare folding bed which was not very wide and very uncomfortable. Just to inform you here that the two double beds they gave us were not the 4/6 size that we have in UK and Ireland. They are very narrow and cannot accommodate two people. My autistic son was in the same room with me and my husband. We gave him one bed and me and my husband slept on the small bed taking turns. It was very very uncomfortable and that was very frustrating. I asked the manager but he simply refused that he couldn’t move us into another room. I had paid almost €6000 for five people for 7 nights and not to get a proper bed and proper sleep on a holiday is very unfair. My 21 year old son is non verbal and autistic and I was really looking forward to this holiday in order to relax as I have a very challenging life. The days when I was sleeping on the small bed, I was awake all night and would only sleep for half an hour or so as I would be very tired.

Very clean, the friendliness of the staff, food stations, room, view from room, mint tea and bar, pool, jacuzzi and waterslides, animation and events, scenery.

Little toilet paper available, slowness of baggage return upon arrival, some minor leakages from bathroom pipes

We had electricity cut couple of times with running water issue. Not able to even use the washroom for few hours. It is a beach front hotel but with no private beach making it less attractive for peaceful days on the beach

The food was amazing. Excellent choices and varieties . Good animation for the kids. The rooms were renovated and clean.
