The only (slight) negative was some of the staff members, felt quite dismissive, also the food at Chironguito restaurant wasn’t great.

Beautiful setting, fantastic facilities, rooms were huge (we were in prestige suite) and well equipped. Netflix available on the tv. Super comfortable bed. I think we both loved pretty much everything about the hotel and our stay, we could walk straight to the sun loungers/beach area from our apartment and at night all we could hear was the waves and crickets.

Asking about the marriage certificate... I can't imagine in 2025 going to a hotel in Morocco and everytime I need to have my marriage certificate paper on hand else you are not allowed to stay at the hotel... Spent lot of of time to fix this before we were allowed to go to our appartment and finally relax after a long trip.

Very clean! Near the beach. The bed was surprisingly very confortable and relaxing! Very nice view of the beach. Kitchen with premium furnitures.

This was over-priced even we book 6 months in advance. The pool is small. It is a good hotel. I will not come back or recommend based if my experience. I travel a lot. The price should be 50 % less at least compared of my ewperi3nce

    Nothing spécial.

I liked pretty much everything but I did go there for Yoga but the dynamic class was on at 7am and I really did not want to wake that early. I think there should have been instructors on hand to talk to about the classes - they market themselves as Yoga resort but it didnt really come across like this. Reception didnt know too much about it. The yoga teachers need to get out more to discuss the classes and what they offer. So i didnt end up doing any yoga which was a shame! would have preferred a hotgel walking distance from Taghazout rtaher than 100MAD cab ride away. There was one nice restaurant next door though

Breakfast was lovely, the choice and taste of the homemade cakes was delicious. Very good restaurant - it was more pricey tho than going into Taghazout Views to beach were lovely Our prestige suite was great size and we were so please it had 2 bathrooms not listed on the site which gave us

The breakfast was very good. Spa was nice. The beach wide, clean and perfect for kids, with easy access to the water. The facility has it's years, but still it is well kept and clean. The area inside the facility is clean and green. The personnel helpful and easygoing and problem-solving. Thanks!

The food is poor for the price and there are limited local options. cleanliness and service at the restaurants could be improved. Quite a lot of litter along the beach which is a shame as well as lots of local stray animals

The rooms were very comfortable - particularly when moved upstairs with a view. The see was lovely to swim in. The gym was nice , the yoga was very good Easy to get to from Agadir airport with a reasonably priced shuttle organised by the hotel

Staff were mostly helpful and nice but there seems to be some discrepancies between what you’re told at reception and what is actually available to you. We were told that yoga classes were included but after taking 2 classes we were then advised that we have to pay which was quite misleading. Additionally, we had to request an iron, assistance with our tv as it was broken and for help to take our bags to reception on departure and we had to make several requested each time to get this to happen but staff were nice once they arrived. The day we left we ended up having to carry our bags to reception ourselves up several flights of stairs after calling reception over 3 times and no one came. Some of the staff working in the breakfast area were also quite dismissive and snappy but others were so helpful and lovely so I guess it just depends. We also had children in the room above us and you could hear almost everything through the floor so there was a lot of banging and shouting you can hear through the ceiling.

The property location on the beach with the sun loungers provided was fantastic and a nice change as we started our trip in central Agadir in the city. The amenities offered are plentiful and well presented and the yoga/surf lessons offered are great. The bed is comfortable and your room is cleaned everyday. The pictures don’t do this property justice at all.

Sometimes you could see that the rooms are a little bit old, worn out. For us, it was not really a big issue, hence I’m not lowering the rating.

Everything was great. Tasty breakfasts with variety of choices, beautiful views, spacious rooms, kind and helpful staff; BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, great sport architecture (gym, yoga, surfing), lots of friendly animals around - as a dog and cat lovers, we had great time there!

The restaurants are overpriced and don’t represent the good Moroccan food. The breakfast is very average and could be improved, there was barely any protein options a part from eggs in terms of breakfast . For lunch, diner, avoid eating at the restaurant, outside the hotels there are some pretty good ones way cheaper.

The rooms are huge and comfortable. The cleaning is on point and we loved all the pets that were around the hotel cats and dogs all of them were so cute and make the place so special. Also we loved the Yoga class with Karsten, it was truly an amazing experience. They offer 3 yoga sessions per day it’s a bit pricey if you want to pay per one session but they have some good deal packages if you’d like to practice longer. We also did one surf session, it was really good but the communication could be improved. The teachers didn’t seem to care much about us.

The hotel blatantly double-booked the family suite we were supposed to stay in for three nights. The check-in process is chaos at best. 1 1/2 hrs after we arrived (at the correct time) they tried to provide us with two unconnected double bedrooms which we refused to accept. The check-in desk said there was a "technical problem" and please could we "do them a favour". Eventually the manager explained there was a gas leak in our room - how this was meant to reassure my family I have no idea!! But miraculously it was fixed by 2pm the following day so we checked into a family suite for the remaining two nights. The suite was large, very clean and ideal for our family. The manager paid for our drinks in the restaurant the first night which was appreciated as a gesture, but inevitably the experience of arguing and moving rooms took the edge of what could have been a lovely relaxing stay.

The hotel is in a lovely setting. It has a beautiful beach front area, with plenty of loungers and quieter spots. The kids play area and gym was also lovely, and very well kept.

Service is slow in the pool bar and understaffed. It takes forever to get a menu, order and be served. The same in the beach restaurant. They also “lost” our bottle of wine from the previous day. The language level of staff in both English and French is lacking, which could be improved.

This is our 2nd stay. Our first was in 2019. The hotel has really matured in a positive way, vegetation has grown beautifully, staff are warm and friendly. Our first reason for coming is because of the high quality yoga lessons led by Karsten and the exceptional location of the yoga room as well as the exceptional, peaceful location of the hotel. Loved the early evening live music in the beach restaurant. The SPA is amazing with high quality masseurs. Property is clean and well maintained.

Beautiful beach and public areas near the beach. Gorgeous yoga studio. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Our junior suite was very large but a bit chilly and no blankets provided. Also a little shabby in parts. Full kitchen if you’re interested - we weren’t and would have preferred coffee and tea available
