Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomNothing - everything was perfect!
Truly an authentic, one-of-a-kind stay! Can’t thank everyone at the guesthouse enough for their hospitality and kindness! From the traditional breakfast served daily to the Moroccan tagine served for dinner - the food is absolutely amazing and some of the best in Tamraght. Fatima is an incredible chef and the whole gang are the friendliest and kindest people. The guest house is spotless and cleaned with such care. If you love meeting other travellers, the breakfast and dining setting is perfect for cosy chats to get to know your fellow guests!

Breakfast and rooms were great, pool was an excellent touch, and the dinner was beautiful, we even had an impromptu musical evening from a local band

FranceEverything was perfect! Mohammed and his colleagues made our stay a great experience to the next level. They actually organised a traditional music night with local artists and cooked the best tajine for us and other guests. They take the time to give the best advices to visit the area. I can only recommend going there it was one of the most authentic experience we had during our stay. Also the breakfast is absolutely delicious. Every morning a cook is making it in the house kitchen with fresh orange juice, Moroccan crepes, eggs like you want..

United KingdomWe stayed at Panorama Guesthouse for 4 nights and it was amazing to say the least. Mohamed & Ahmed were incredibly welcoming and attentive. If we had any questions, they were always willing to help. We went out for a full day of surfing with a lesson in the morning, they provided all equipment + a lunch made by the chef. The chef was incredibly talented! The food was the best we’ve had in Morocco (particularly the breakfast)! Would highly recommend staying here!

United KingdomThe property is called the “Panorama” and really does have beautiful views across Tamraght and to Taghazout and the sea. The compromise of having the views and the peace and quiet is that it’s a little out of town and up quite a steep hill. It’s 1km walk into the village, which wasn’t really a problem and we enjoyed strolling down for our dinner. The only time it was an issue was walking back up the hill in the heat of the day, carrying water bottles and other provisions. Many guests hired scooters or cars and you’d definitely need a vehicle if you had any mobility issues or small children. We stayed at the Panorama for a week and our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. We would have expected one bedding / towel change / bins emptying during the 7 night stay. I’m sure it would have been done had we asked. But we kept thinking, “maybe tomorrow” and then it seemed too late to ask.
The staff here are so lovely and helpful. Mohammed and Amine always greet you with a smile and nothing is too much trouble for them to arrange. Our apartment was well-appointed and spacious, with separate sleeping areas for us and our teenage daughter. Wi-fi coverage was excellent (which is an essential for the travelling teen!) The communal areas are comfy, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The traditional Moroccan touches are really beautiful and a dip in pool (whilst a little cool when we were there in April) and a climb up to the rooftop terrace to appreciate the panoramic views were real highlights. The breakfasts are delicious and excellent value for 5 euros. Coffee, mint tea and juice are plentiful and there to help yourself. Breakfasts are served to your table and always included warmed breads and different options of eggs each morning. The spicy tomato egg dish was our favourite! We also had two dinners during our stay. These were plentiful and very tasty. The communal dinner with live Moroccan music was a really lovely evening. Our daughter enjoyed her half day surf lesson with Amine.

United Kingdom-Breakfast was good but more choice would be appreciated. Eating the same breakfast for 5 days is quite boring -Water was dripping from the bathroom celling for 2 days, they offered us a free meal which was nice - Cleaning a room at least every second day would be great, we had a lot of rubbish during our stay -No shelfs in bathroom -No mirror in the room
-Staff were very nice and helpful. -A good contact on WhatsApp, -They printed out the flight ticket for us -A lot cafes, restaurants around place -The area seems to be safe -The guesthouse it designed in beautiful Moroccan style

IrelandIt was our first time in Morocco and when we first arrived I was a little taken a back by the surroundings of the guest house - there is a lot of building work going on and the roads up to it are quite rough and ready. It was a little hard to find as google maps brings you up to the back of the property. But I think this is very typical to the area. A mirror would be good (there is one in the bathroom but obviously it gets steamed up after showers) also a lamp or two would be a great addition but this is possibly personal preference!
Once we arrived we were made so welcome by the wonderful Amien, who showed us around and brought us mint tea and some delicious treats. The room was fabulous with beautiful views over the valley and onto the sea. Check in was easy, nothing was too much trouble. The pool is small but grand for kids, my daughter was in it every evening (although like many pools in Morocco it is not heated). Great big shower and beautiful bathroom, lots of extra blankets provided too. Both Amien and Mohammed were brilliant, they gave us local info, booked taxis and excursions when needed and really couldn't have been any better, they were also super nice to my children always chatting with them and that was really nice. I could not recommend this place more!

United KingdomMohammed was great - super welcoming & gave us lots of helpful information during our stay. Although unable to accommodate early breakfast, allowed us to use kitchen facilities for ourselves which was great! Be careful if driving a car, roads are a bit hairy but once you know where you’re going, very manageable. Rooftop was so lovely for a sunset too. Great stay, would recommend.

United KingdomMohamed, and his right-hand man and surf instructor Amine, were superb hosts with a wealth of knowledge and on-hand with sound advise, humour and easy smiles. My teenage boys were made to feel very welcome and included and felt very comfortable navigating the different ways down into the town and photographing all the stray dogs and cats. I particularly enjoyed the peace of being on the edge of town with open views and an amazing rooftop. Loved the open seating area and breakfasts getting the chat with the guys and fellow guests then the shared trip to to Paradise Valley via a Women's Argan Oil cooperative.

PolandStaying at Panorama Guesthouse isn’t just about the stay, it is a whole experience. You will make new friends, enjoy moroccan food, breakfast and ubiquitous moroccan atmosphere. First of all I would like to thank You Mohammed for making us feel like at home here. You showed us some really beautiful places and helped so much in getting around Tamraght or with organizing local atractions. Once again THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️❤️❤️ I also cannot emphasize how much we loved the place. It is almost at the top of the village so you have a beautiful view from a really nice and big rooftop. The area is calm and you can really appreciate the quiet nights. The pool is very good looking. The rooms are clean and have a really comfy moroccan style. The kitchen is great. If you plan to walk to the beach it is about 20 min by foot. The area is great, there is plenty of mini markets, shops and coffee shops/ restaurants. We would highly recommend everyone to visit Panorama Guesthouse.
