How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

If you feel like having a break in a quiet setting, this is your place! Morocco can feel intense for a Canadian, and I truly enjoyed spending two nights surrounded by wild fields and the silence of the wind. Great hosts and beautiful food served in the garden under a tree. A wonderful place!

Sadly we arrived as they were working on upgrading the water system, which meant there was no hot water during our stay. This was the only disappointment.
Beautiful oasis, calm and welcoming. Amazing gardens with Peacocks wandering through and buildings, especially the restaurant. Very opulent.

To be fair the place was a little shabby around the edges, it felt like an upgrade would really take it to the next level.
Great location for us on a road trip across Mororcco. Secure courtyard parking for our motorbikes, a superb breakfast and a very pleasant evening meal in traditional beautifully decorated dining area. Our room was in gardens near the pool.The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower.

The hotel is a little tired now but that didn't detract from it's charm. The bathroom was basic. One odd thing, there was plenty of space in the restaurant, but we were placed next to a table with a large, excited group at the start of their holiday.
A perfect overnight stop for us. The gardens are lovely, there is a pool to relax by and the rooms were good. The restaurant has a very grand ceiling and it would also be nice to sit outside in warmer weather. Friendly staff at the front desk.

Incredible property, staff & food!! Could not recommend more. Staff went over and beyond for us (two very tired and hot cyclists!) and made our stay very memorable including organising breakfast takeaway for us. One of our best stays in Morocco ♥️

The entire property could use some renovations.
My partner fell ill during our stay, so we had to extend our trip unexpectedly. The hotel staff took great care of us, bringing tea and rice, and since it was quiet due to Ramadan, we even received a free room upgrade. The vegetarian tajine at the restaurant was the best I had during my entire vacation. All in all, a place to feel comfortable, with great food and a special atmosphere.

Everything was perfect
The most stunning garden, like sleeping in the Garden of Eden. So private and cool. They had secured parking behind a gate so the car was safe. The rooms with a pool view are ideal. They are at the far end of the garden and feel like the pool is only for you. We had the best chicken tahini of our entire holiday in their gorgeous dining room.

The room was refurbished but the lights of the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work. The dinner and the breakfast were poor and basic
The garden is really wonderful and the swimming pool was OK.

Just wonderful. Our apartment was tiny but really cosy and well furnished. Looked into a little private garden. The food was excellent. A well treated place with history.

We used the laundry service, but the price was not clearly communicated and we payed more than we expected.
What a paradise - green and quiet, with scent of blossoming orange trees in the air! We felt very welcome by the friendly and helpful staff and our suite had direct access to the refreshing pool. We enjoyed very much our stay!

Nothing, it is possibly the best, most relaxing tranquil and beautiful place we have stayed
lovely freshly cooked omelet done in a tajine pot and freshly made bread honey walnut paste served in the old palace with beautiful tiled walls and ceilings and fine chandeliers for breakfast. We both had hammams which added to the general Moroccan experience.

Loved everything!
This, for me, was the best place we stayed in over 2 weeks of touring. The design and skilled craftsmanship in the Palace was breathtaking and we were enveloped in warm hospitality by all the staff. Great dinner and breakfast also. Just magical!!

we have had a very warm welcome after a long trip. The food was delicious, especially the chicken tajine. Also, the staff was super nice. Would really recommend!!
