I only gave lower score for facilities as the pool was closed for treatment for one day and our sink was broken in the bathroom but everything else was fantastic. Will stay here again and again. I would recommend this hotel 100%

The bath was very dirty when we first arrived but this was fixed after going to reception. It is classed as 4 star but it’s more like a 3 star which we were fine with because the price was cheap

Breakfast was very basic, and we stuck with just the pastries. Bed was quite hard but fine if you like that. Did have very loud building works outside but stopped at 11pm so didn’t disturb our sleep. Can’t comment on the pool and other facilities as we didn’t use them. No safe in room and mini fridge didn’t work

We only used as a place to sleep for 3 nights as we spent the days exploring, but would definitely recommend for a short stay budget hotel. Definitely met our expectations for the price. Staff very friendly. Approx 15 min easy walk to beach, felt reasonably safe.

The gym was unavailable even though it stated on the booking that gym facilities were available. Breakfast was good, especially the lady and gentleman that cooked the msemen and eggs, it could be improved by giving more different variety of food through the days, as it was pretty much the same throughout. More catering to U.K. tourists would be good by adding toast or other food to cater for U.K. tourists.

Pool and social facilities made the experience enjoyable. Omar on reception was very helpful and accommodating. One of the two rooms booked were not to standard and they upgraded our room for no additional cost. The rooms need updating but for the price it was good value for money.

The breakfast was low quality. The coffee was bad, stock was not refreshed often and the food was tasteless and there were few choices. The pastries were dry and lacked flavour. There was a cabaret downstairs that was very noisy we could feel vibrations from the bass in the room. There were works happening by the pool which was noisy with work starting early.

Location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby was nice.

Reception desk staff wasn’t very welcoming either helpful.

I think the whole hotel and value for money was great. Breakfast was rich buffets with a good selection, spa was closed and some works were going on so the view wasn't perfect but it didn't disturb our stay. Rooms were clean and housekeepers were coming everyday. Staff in the restaurant was great they were very friendly and welcoming.
