Hotle Nisrine advertised that there was parking nearby available; however, because it is located in the medina, you cannot park even close to the hotel, so be prepared to walk at least 1km to get to the hotel from where you park.

Hotel Nisrine's staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. It is located in the heart of the Medina, and the roof top was great for watching the sunset and star gazing at night.

Some lights in the common areas (stairs) not working. The terrace with the fantastic views is getting a bit run down, give it some love.

Seamless check in. Staff were friendly. Let me leave the bag for a few hours on checkout day which helped too. Perfect location. Really good size room, plenty of light, and a walk in shower too, amazing for the price point! Lovely riad really is.

Only the hot water was a bit slow, and it can be chilled at night but the thick blankets helped well, I had a very good sleep.

I've been traveling to many countries and places, and this is the one of top places to stay. The owner, He is very kind and nice. He treats his guests with sincerity. I would like to pay tribute to his kindness. The hotel is located in the center of Medina, so it is close to everything and convenient. When I first entered the hotel, I kept saying wow because it was so cool. And he welcomed me and treated me very kindly. After that, I had a chance to talk to him, and it was a very meaningful conversation for me who knows nothing about Islam. I respect him who is fasting during Ramadan. Although it was a short stay, I was so happy and was able to sleep well during my stay here. The bathroom shower was very clean, and the hot water was sometimes a little slow, but I was lucky to be able to stay in such a luxurious hotel at this price! I love this city so much and if I come back again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

I liked everything

My apologies for posting this review so late, busy trip. It is my second time staying with Nisrine, and again: loved it. Quiet hotel, kindest owner, amazing location. Right in the centre of the medina. It is clean and has all amenities you need. The riad itself too, is beautifully decorated. Don’t get me started on the truly stunning terrace. I recommend visiting during the sunset. Genuinely an outstanding view. I hope to return. Wishing you the very best!
