It seems the hotel was quite busy, which affected the maintenance of certain facilities such as the elevator and the in-room safes — but nothing that significantly impacted the overall experience.

Exceptional location right on the seafront, with all rooms offering stunning sea views and spacious terraces. The evening entertainment is lively and well-organized. Just a short walk from the vibrant city center, especially lively during summer nights. The hotel sits directly on the beach, with exclusive access to a private shoreline — widely considered the best beach in Al Hoceima, particularly for its soft, high-quality sand.

The property is in need of renovation. We were initially given two twin beds pushed together rather than a proper king or queen bed. This arrangement was problematic as the beds would separate throughout the night, requiring us to constantly push them back together. The elevators are outdated and frustratingly slow - expect to wait about 10 seconds after reaching your floor before the doors actually open. We also noticed housekeeping staff cleaning doors and walls with vinegar, which left an uncomfortable smell lingering in the hallways.

The hotel's location is absolutely outstanding - this is undoubtedly its strongest selling point. You couldn't ask for a better position in the area. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience more pleasant.

There are only two elevators serving all floors from -1 to the 6th, and one of them malfunctioned a few times — once we even got stuck inside, and another time it wouldn't go up. The third elevator, dedicated to the parking area, and the parking itself had a strong unpleasant smell due to humidity. The buffet was also disappointing: very basic, lacking variety, and definitely not worth the price per person. In the room, I would have appreciated the presence of a bidet shower in the toilet. The balcony was shared with the neighboring room without any separation, which affected our sense of privacy. Also, the balcony needed cleaning, and the chairs placed outside were a bit dirty.

The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to assist. The room was spacious, with a large balcony offering a breathtaking sea view that made our stay truly relaxing. The hotel also provides sun loungers for guests, which is a great bonus for those looking to enjoy the seaside comfortably. Another advantage is the underground parking with elevator access directly to the ground floor, which made coming and going very convenient.

If I had to mention a downside, it would be the limited dinner menu. The selection was quite small and relatively expensive, which led me to dine out in the city almost every evening. While this wasn’t a major issue – especially since evenings are great for exploring the city – I believe the hotel could benefit from expanding its dinner options. As a suggestion, a wider variety of dishes, especially more seafood options, would be a great improvement. Given the hotel’s proximity to the harbor, arranging fresh fish deliveries could be a unique and appealing addition to the dining experience.

I stayed at this hotel for a week to relax and unwind, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the sea and the harbor. My room was comfortable and clean, with the same beautiful view – a great place to wake up each morning. The breakfast was a highlight of the stay: traditional, varied, and delicious. I highly recommend including it in your booking. The nearby beach is, in my opinion, one of the best in Morocco – clean, with crystal-clear water, ideal for swimming and relaxing. The hotel staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Their hospitality contributed significantly to the positive atmosphere. All in all, this is a hotel I would gladly return to. A peaceful and scenic location, excellent service, and an unforgettable stay.

Beautiful hotel directly at the beach. The views from the rooms are stunning. The staff was polite and the breakfast buffet was good. There is a secured parking garage below the hotel.

There was no Wifi, and we could not use the TV for our whole stay. The AC gave a faint a scent of sewers if used too much.

The reception staff and the cleaning ladies were extremely nice and were so friendly as well as very reliable. The security guys were awesome as well.

No TV channels duo to a glitch or problem in internet plus some electrical issues, i can't imagine a loss of electricity power 3 times in one day in a 4 stars hotel

Nothing significant, however the facility looks bit under maintained although it had tried to put best effort by having modern furniture's and fixtures. Lift had problem while coming down as the lobby button was malfunctioning, so we had to visit -1 and climb up the stairs. Good walking though.

We went during off season, so only very few guests. In-spite of this, the hotel managed to provide good food. Location is just amazing. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Our rooms were not ready when we arrived. Also, the commode and shower were in two different rooms. In all of my extensive travels, I have never seen this in any other hotel.

Some staff at the reception were not very professional (showing their dissatisfaction from job conditions). The light seperation between room balconies is not sufficient, leading to less privacy with neighbors. The bar and nightclub are poorly animated.

Mouldy bathroom. The pool was closed and looked like it had not operated for a while. No water provided in the room. You could get water from the restaurant but you had to go down and get it. Room service was tedious, 1 call answered out of a dozen, follow up with reception resulted in same outcome, the line rings out. QR code in the room for menu didn't work, the one for the bar did! Service was patchy, there was a lot of staff standing around in the restaurant who didn't appear to know what they were doing (there was one guy who was excellent). Friendly but need training and investment in communication by the manager.

Only downside was the lift for the apartment complex was out of order and with the baby that was a bit of a challenge.

Facilities were great and location of the hotel was ideal for the beach. The pool was family friendly even a separate small pool for toddlers. The two bedroom apartment was very spacious and the staff were great including the security and cleaning teams bravo will stay there again 👍
