Noisy corridor and street noise. Also next to mosque..but i expected some of this. So I brought earplugs. Light also comes through a painted glass panel on the door. This could be prevented with a curtain perhaps.

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the Old Medina and is easily accessible by taxi transport. Many restaurants and historical attractions are nearby. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed the view from the restaurant and the terrace.

My stay in this hotel was outstanding. it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is well located, near the beach and the markets in the old medina where you can find anything you need. We have had a wonderful 7 days in Tangier, thanks to Mamora Bay. Both our King Suite and Family Room were spacious and spotless. The location is fantastic, and breakfast is pleasant. I have to mention what made our stay even more memorable is the friendly helpful staff. Special mention to Tariq, Karim, Ismail, and Abdullah. Also, the housekeeping team is brilliant. Many thanks for making our stay so special. We will happily return 😊

Room a little small and space further reduced by unnecessary soft furnishings eg extra cushions and coverings on beds which needed to be propped against walls. . Sound proofing of doors into corridors a little lacking , plus ,room under breakfast terrace so scrapping of chairs from 0730...

We had a wonderful stay! The staff is absolutely caring and really helpful. The receptionist helped us with everything and also organised a wonderful excursion with a private driver (who also was the absolutely best). The position is perfect to see the old town and the beach as well. We also had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant and they were all so caring and welcoming. I’ve been in a lot of hotels but the attention to the guests here is excellent!! I will surely come back. Thank you Mamora Bay, see you next time!

Due to my recent knee surgery. It would have been outstanding if the hotel had lift options in addition to the staircases to access the hotel and upper rooms.

The staff were amazing. They responded to your needs with immediate effect. The hotel is within the walking distance of the city centres. The continental buffet is outstanding with the kitchen staff amazing hospitality. Every staff perform their duties with passion. InshaAllah, I would be returning.

There is nothing I can think they could do better. Mamora Bay is perfect, inexpensive and exactly what I need when I want a get away from Casablanca.

Mamora Bay is my go to hotel in Tangier. I love it and the staff have begun to feel like good friends. The service is excellent, the place is always clean, the breakfast is delicious and the location is perfect.

I stayed at Mamora Bay Hotel in the Old Medina for four nights and had an unforgettable experience. The hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort and Moroccan charm, with clean rooms, a lovely rooftop terrace, with amazing views. What truly made my stay special was the outstanding service. Ismail welcomed me warmly and was always ready to help with a smile, while Tarik and Aziz provided excellent local tips and made sure I felt at home they also consistently went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. Their hospitality was genuine and heartfelt. I highly recommend Mamora Bay to anyone visiting Tangier it’s a peaceful gem in the heart of the Medina.
