The drainage on the shower could be better. caused a lot of water to seep into the room. Shower head also needed replacing as it was leaking quite badly. Lots of mopping up to carry out after a shower. (Room 1)

This was a house in a gated community. It is full of character We were only here a couple of days before our flight back. When we stayed we had the whole house to ourselves. as the property was mainly empty apart from us for our stay. There is a washing machine, Fridge freezer and full on kitchen on the ground floor which you can use. excellent for budget travellers or back packers. There is a terrace on the top floor. Everything about this place is full of character and quaint.it is like a stay at your fav uncle or Nana's house. Breakfast is simple but does the job. I was aware that there was a swimming pool but it is a short walk away behind the masjid. I did spend an afternoon there and enjoyed my swim time. There are 3 different pools Kids paddling pool. A full on dive bomb back flip do what you like pool and a calm pool for the grown ups. Just need to take your yellow security slip and they will let you in. Air conditioning works very well and is vital in Marrakech 40s temp.

It's in the opposite end of the medina from most of points of interests. The room was down-at-heel, not all appliances were working properly. There were no window in the room and we got the room with one bed instead of two as we booked.

The location is not bad, close to the medina in the clean and nice district. The stuff is very nice and helpful.

Unclear whether we could use the kitchen or not, a few misunderstandings resulting in uncomfortable conversation with the hosts. Overall very friendly people though. Internet wasn't the best.

'About the Property' should only really relate to the said property, by including things like a swimming pool, restaurant ect gives the impression they are within the property. (IMO) They are not. Property description Offering a shared lounge - the fact that this is the owners lounge makes it unlikely that folk will want to relax here. Given that they are smokers and have 3 cats. The ad states 'smokers welcome', this does not directly tell you that the owners smoke - a lot and me being in the room nearest to the lounge I constantly had the smell until everyone had retired to bed. Outdoor swimming pool - 750m away. Not immediate to establishment. Free WiFi - WIFI is good Double Room with Private Bathroom - No Bath, so it is a Shower room NOT a bathroom Microwave - I did not see a microwave. I was offered a kettle the second day as I needed hot water for medication. For which I was very grateful for. Air conditioning - I did not use My shower room had puddles of water every day. I have mobility issues and walk with a stick so this was a real concern for me. A small mat was provided but the puddles still appeared The hot water tap was broken and tied up with plastic tie. No explanation given I am sure that a lot of people have enjoyed their stay here but I am afraid that wasn't the case for me.

Internet super slow and intermittent. The door of the room and bathroom doesn't close properly. Is wasn't a room but a cabane built with textile in the living room of the house, meaning no privacy, no sound insulation, no sleep. Very uncomfortable, and unpleasant. The swimming pool is not part of the house but shared with a huge complex of holiday homes far away and super crowdy. The description on booking is not accurate at all and the feeling is of being scammed. Ypu can find much better place and better located for the same price or even lower.

Our room was located in the guestroom WARDROBE!!!!! :(:( - TERRIBLE,,,,, and without window........Shower room was HORRIBLE. The electricity kept going out when we plugged something in and then for 1 day we had no hot water and Wifi. We are still quite shocked..... :(

The room was really dark with the view on the wall of the other building. There was this awful smell... especially in the wardrobe....I had to wash everything when I got back home. The shower had no curtains and the Internet was just tragic

The were no shower in the house, neither in the room nor in the corridor. Toilet was locked in the corridor. Room was made on the ground floor divided from a living room with thin walls with no window. Getting there is complicated as it is a secure area and the guard didn't want to let us in as he cannot contact the owner of the apartment. As for now this room is not visible to rent anymore.

The bathroom lacked space and a shower or bath and I felt cramped and also we did not know which room ours due to the email being in French. We also had a really rude encounter with one of the host we asked which room was ours and was just complaining because we knocked on his door.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very good and the beds are very confortable, with curtains around which is very nice for some more privice. The hostel offer nice activities. I 100% recommend the hostel
