Very calm space, clean and close to all facilities. A very welcoming staff

I didn't find the bed or pillows very comfortable, but that didn't detract from the overall experience. What bothered me most was a slight smell, likely coming from the sewer, in the bathroom.

The main reason for our pleasant stay at this hotel was the staff. I would like to thank Mr. Kamal for his hospitality, which was very kind and lovely. The room is a good size and the view is also amazing.

Great location, very close to the Medina. Our host Camil was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We didn't try the breakfast because the chef was not working, but the views from the terrace are spectacular.

The staff of the hotel we're super helpful and it was well located, really close to the main square. Also the terrace it's really nice with a great view to the mountains and the sound of the stream nearby.

Could not get TV to work. Street noise

View from the roof where breakfast was served was spectacular. Our room looked out on to the street which was extremely noisy which meant windows had to be kept closed. Room had a lovely sitting area. Breakfast was very good. Close to restaurants and attractions.

Walking distance to attractions. 2 chinese Restaurants 5 mins walk. A small river and waterfall up the slope on the right The staffs are very helpful especially Ayoub, Ashraf and a third guy

At one point there was no hot water at the shower, but it happened only once in our 4 day stay.

The location was excellent, especially when you are travelling by car. The staff was helpful and friendly. We got a room upgrade and a child bed for free. The rooftop terrace has an marvellous view.

Breakfast area too many stairs for elderly or disabled

Breakfast was way up on the terrace and I am disabled but they very kindly brought breakfast down to a dining table but the ambience and eating alone was not good

Downstairs room needs to be fitted with AC, other than that , the room was good and location was fantastic.

The location was great as it was easily accessible to main medina and could easily to get/from if you had a car. We were in the twin room downstairs which did not have any AC however we were provided with a fan which helped massively. Hotel was very clean , rooms were clean. Excellent value for money , excellent location and staff were nice and friendly. I highly recommend it your on a budget and want something that meets the standards of the budget , cleanliness and safety. For a budget hotel , this completely exceeded my expectations! If I come back to Chefchoune , I’ll definitely be booking here again !!!

Noisy hall during the night, tricky and tight parking

This stay was a bit overpriced to be honest. For what I paid, breakfast should have been included. Slightly cheaper equivalent accommodation is available elsewhere in Chaouen. The smell coming from the bathroom was pretty overwhelming at times (sewage smell). The hotel wasn't able to resolve because it was out of their control to a large extent. I moved to a new room where the smell was less, but didn't sleep as well in there, and so after a couple of nights I moved back to the original room with the smell.

Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. Great terrace area with awesome views. And wonderful views from my room too. Hearty breakfasts on the terrace. Very central location.

We opted for the cheapest room, so we were not expecting a highly comfy accommodation. However, if it was specified that there were other rooms, we would have upgraded for sure, since our room was at the -1 floor and was very humid. Anyways, it was ok for one night! :)

Position is close to the medina and this guesthouse has a wonderful terrace! Breakfast is also AMAZING and the staff is very helpful and friendly! :)

The staff were friendly and professional. Beautiful place and the views was sensational. We had the option to have breakfast there and we did it for our first morning. Great value for money and the location is great. So close to the main centre and also felt safe walking around. We had an issue with the aircon on our first night and Muhammad responded immediately and gave us an alternative.

The parking place is a mess and you need to be careful where you park.

The location is really great, just a few meters and you will be in the heart of old Medina.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. WiFi was working really well. It was very close to the old medina. It was very clean. Staff made us Moroccan tea when we arrived. They also helped us with our luggage and parking space.
