It was difficult to find at first but once we knew where it was we were able to figure out our way back

The host was extremely helpful, genuinely guided us, and recommended tours in Fes. He made us early breakfast when we had to take a train earlier out to Rabat.

We had a really great stay! The host was extremely helpful (in arranging taxi, printing boarding pass, helping with tips about the city); always available and made sure everything went smoothly. The location is also really nice – close to everything I needed and in a pleasant area. It has an amazing terrace with a city view. The room is nice and cozy. Delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Beautiful riad, nice breakfast, lovely view from the rooftop where a coffee is a must. The location was spot on - close to the medina and different tour meeting points. Last but not least, our new friend Muhammad from reception. Positive, kind, helpful and really nice to chat with - thanks again for the warm welcome to Fes.

The ground floor room had noise from the street.

Mohammed was very nice, friendly and helpful. We felt welcome and got help whenever we needed. The room was clean and suitable for backpackers. The sheets were very comfortable and the terrace has good views!

This was a great stay, had an upstairs room, large room, comfortable, basic bathroom but good hot water. Breakfast was good and substantial. The whole place had a feeling of relaxed and friendly. You have to knock to enter each time but someone always answers. My shout out to the owners as they are great. I would come back.

We had an amazing stay in maison Adam. We loved traditional features of the Riad. Beautiful decor, tasty breakfast, hot shower, reasonable price and nice guy Mohammed, we will definitely book again next time when we come to Fes.

Unfortunately the towels were not changed for the whole vacation that we were there (5 days) and the trash bin in the toilet was also not changed. Rooms can be pretty dark and cold from time to time.

The place is at a very nice location in the old town of Fez. Design is absolutely authentic, super colorful and nice. The price is perfect and even includes breakfast, which is nothing special, but still. The riad offers a transfer from/ to the airport, plus trips to different destinations. Very friendly and helpful staff.

In each room there is heating, convenient bad. Wire from the roof is especially beautiful in the evening.

Perfekt place for leisure in Fes. The location is optimal to get to city centre or catch taxi.
