The phone line in Room 142 was not working. The fact that I had to go to the pub to get juice for my kids when we were having Lunch or Dinner, as they don't drink Soda (Juices are available in the restaurant only at Breakfast time, but not during Lunch or Dinner). I am not sure if you have a Gym with machines for sport!? If you do, I missed it because there is no apparent sign for it in the hotel, and there are no pictures of it on your page in Booking.com. If you don't have a Gym, it would be worth considering having one. Finally, it would be good to have a small private section on the Beach, as we are left to ourselves once we consider swimming in the sea. We move from a structured environment in the Hotel to the chaos outside! :-)

The Staff and their Service, whether it's staff at the reception, the restaurant, the Pool, the kids' Club, or room cleaning. The room is spacious with New furniture. The freshness and quality of the food in general and of Fish in particular. Proximity to the Beach.

The check-in process was very slow, we’ve been waiting for more than 40 min. It’s better to avoid bank holidays period because it was packed with people and kids. Staff is very nice except one woman in the reception, she was very rude and lacked respect. It’s better to avoid driving to the resort at night due to lack of lighting in the road.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is amazing. The hotel is located in an amazing location with an incredible view. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Just a quick note — the resort is about 20 minutes from the city of Larache, which is quite a quiet and uneventful place. So you’ll likely spend most of your time at the resort itself. I recommend booking with lunch and dinner included — the food is excellent. The chefs are truly professional, and honestly, it tastes like a 5-star restaurant.

A beautiful hotel overseeing the Atlantic. If you’re keen on luxury, quiet and sunset this is your place to the swimming pool is amazing too. It s huge probably 50meters. It goes down very slowly so it s very safe for children and elderly. Staff is great, rooms spacious and super clean and comfy. I will definitely be back

Stay one night for a family event in the city nearby. Amazing seaside location. Easy access to a large beach for morning walk. The breakfast had everything you would want to try in Morocco. Very kind and professional staff, particularly Hanane in the front desk. Highly recommended

I didn’t like the long stairs and the approach to the beach. It didn’t look welcoming. The access should have a lift and an inviting path to the beach

Thinking maybe about having more variety of food during lunch and Dinner. There was no room service at the hotel which should be a must for 4 Stars+ hotels. Pay attention to if driving to the hotel for the first time using Waze, it will take you through an overland, there is another way to the hotel via the Lixus bay road, longer but safer.

We hesitated a lot upon booking, the overall rating was low according to our standards, however we were nicely surprised when checking in. The room was newly refurbished, beds were comfortable, and the staff was really nice and helpful. The animation team was great Aswell and the view on the ocean is exceptional!, i would definitely come back again.

The room has been renovated and was spacious and clean. However, the GPS showed us a difficult track to the hotel while on the other hand, not far away there is a good road. Car is essential as the hotel is about 10 min from city centre. Overall, the hotel is in good value and front position to the ocean.
