The drinks and the lunch was very expensive we payed €170 euros more for a few drinks and 2 lunch .. So that was the only thing. And the taxi was expensive because the villa’s were out of town

It was as beautiful as I hoped for. The rooms were so big and everything was so clean and the place was so calm. The breakfast was amazing and they also did free shuttle to town twice a day

What a gorgeous property just a short drive from the Medina. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully designed. The food was delicious and the staff are so warm and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend if you're looking for something relaxing and unique in the midst of nature.

I feel it’s a little run down in places. The pool needs maintenance. We were staying in the villa and it felt shabby. We had dinner on our second night and the food was a little ordinary although the dessert was delicious. Also dinner is served in the indoor restaurant, which is a shame as it’s a little lacking in charm and character.

It’s a very chilled out and relaxing place to stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful. So friendly and welcoming. Nothing feels like too much trouble. The buffet lunch is excellent.

The service is a bit slow, but everyone is very nice and helpful.

Everything was very clean and modern. The huts are amazing, the area is beautiful and the food is delicious! The pool is also very nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Looks better than on instagram.

Room was too hot. Couldn’t sleep at night. There was no fridge in the room and of course no AC. Restaurant was not active but understand because of the number of customers.

The facilities were very good. Swimming pool clean and the rooms exceptional.

Our 3 year old eats like a small bird so paying for lunch for her (albeit half) felt a bit extravagant. Also a personal preference...I found the bed a bit hard! My only other comment is that it's a bit vague as to what you are getting for breakfast or dinner (lunch is a buffet) and not always consistent (eg cous cous one day and not the next, yogurt one day and not the next, bread one day and not the next...but when we asked, the staff were happy to get us what we wanted).

Fantastic place for families with young kids if you want something more peaceful than being in the Medina. Went with our 3 year old and felt very safe and looked after - the staff are lovely. The pool area is great and loved the lunches they put on. Breakfast was also very nice (although there is no menu, so had to ask if it was possible for eggs etc, which it was). It's a very relaxing place and loved coming back to a log fire at night (we went in December and stayed in the courtyard rooms). It would be ideal to have a car, but the reception has a shuttle you can get back and forth to the Medina and it was always very quick and reliable (with baby car seat). Also found Essaouira to be a great place - good restaurants (Caravan is a must), great weather and the people are lovely and love kids. Will be back!

The food is extremely over priced. 250dhs for lunch for one person. We stayed for 2 nights and paid almost the same amount for food as the room. There is no choice for food.

This property is 10/10 picture perfect. It’s quite an amazing experience staying in the eco lodges. The property and grounds were beautifully maintained. The restaurant was phenomenal, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the dinners were affordable and absolutely delicious. Could not recommend this property and experience more.

Be careful with the taxis, we paid a lot and because the road to the hotel was unpaved, the taxi just dropped us 800meters away. The hotel didn't have anyone to pick us up, so we had to walk that distance full of bags. Also it's weird that you have to book dinner and/or lunch. You can't just walk in and be served. Also they didn't refill the water after cleaning the room, and there were several safety issues with our room, one of them the wall switch in the bathroom was loosely.

They have a transfer to Essaouira center in the morning and afternoon.

The bed was very firm, but you got used to it. Otherwise, it really was perfection.

A perfect 10 night babymoon, that felt like a retreat. The property and grounds are gorgeous. We stayed in the superior double room in the main house which had everything we needed. We stayed in February and on an evening it would get colder - whilst we were at dinner the staff would make a fire in the fireplace to enjoy when we got back into our room, which was a wonderful touch. We ate at the hotel nearly every breakfast, lunch and dinner. The evening set menu was never duplicated, they managed my dietary requirements with ease (including making homemade gluten free flat breads at every meal) and the bbq/salad lunch was incredible - we’ve never eaten so wholesomely. Nothing was too much trouble, we felt really looked after without it being overbearing. A particular shout out to our three servers: Khalid, Lufti and Sharaf - they are a real credit to the business.

the guy at the front desk making up his own prices and not honoring what booking says.

the property was excellent, amenities impeccable. my only problem was with the guy at the reception who did not honor the prices from the booking reservations and instead charged us double at check out. when I questioned him he had the audacity to say he didn't know what rate I had pay so he went ahead and provided me with their rate which it was double of what my reservation said in booking. I asked him if you didn't know why you didn't ask me to see my reservation online? people work very hard for their money to be scammed in that manner. He promised a refund and still a few days later I see no refund on my account. stay at this property only if you have excess of money you don't mind loosing. make sure you double check your bill at check out.

Dinner and Lunch at the hotel was expensive and potentially the worst food we had in Morocco on a whole- we felt very let down by this. You had to pay for water. The card machine was broken at the hotel so it was impossible to pay for our stay - we waited 2.5 hours to check out. Finally we were taken to the town to the sister site to pay. We were then left to find our own way to our hotel - customer service was poor for this. However the manager for the sister site offered us a free of charge Hamman.

Quaint area. Villa was lovely but neighbours were noisy. Private pool was lovely. Breakfast was good but limited.

there was nothing to not like. Families might want to know that the bathroom in the bedroom does not have a door - we made it work and it was not a problem but some people might prefer to know that in advance. The room itself was brilliant and very spacious with a serrated twin room and a large dressing room too.

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff who looked after us so well. Breakfast and lunch delicious, easy to get into town with the transfer service, pool area lovely and not crowded. Room was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of space for the whole family. everything was great! we had dinner there two evenings and there is a set menu but they were happy to make an alternative for the children when we asked.

This boutique hotel was the nicest experience ever. The design is so dreamy, we fell in love with it immediately. The houses blend in with nature and are a pleasure to look at. There is two beautiful swimming pools with sun beds, umbrellas and pillows surrounded by plants, trees and flowers. Around the property, there is just nature. The food was balanced, delicious and made with love. The service was the best we have seen. The waiters and all of the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we might need. They were there when we needed them and they were soft spoken and kind. When we went to dinner it was like having our private service. The moment we walked in we were greeted with appetizers. An amazing wine selection and food came at a pace where there was never a dull moment. The chef prepared an outstanding menu with highlight for the lamb tagine that was to die for and the meat just dissolved in our mouths. The bar was amazing and we recommend the mojito! The houses provide everything you need with comfortable beds, a walk in closet and and even a small kitchen. they’re beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The nights were private and quiet. The outside was lit by beautiful lights and allowed us to see the sky full of stars every night. We also enjoyed the animals in the resort. The turkey was hilarious and would sometimes come at us if we came too close to his chicken and bunny friends in order to protect them. The next day he was chill and let us take pictures and stand next to him. We saw a nice turtle roaming freely and camels and sheep near the resort. There’s also a lovely cat that is very friendly. If you ever need to go to town, there is a free shuttle every day and they’re even happy to bring you little things that you need. We ran out of cigarettes, sun lotion and the staff helped us out tremendously. All in all a wonderful experience that makes you feel very privileged.
