Easily the best place I have been in Fes . EVERYTHING was perfect. When I saw the room I was shocked it was so so beautiful and spacious . The hosts are really kind and the location is impeccable. Believe me don’t look any further this is the accommodation that you need. I have been to at least 5 others and this is WAY BETTER than any one of them. Excellent stay. The accommodation is close to the entrance of the medina and Hicham is a great and kind host. You must try the dinner he prepares for you. Definitely one of the best meals we had in Morocco. The accommodation was comfortable and the shower worked great.

Bkfast of local breads , olives, tea, orange juice & eggs ( hard boiled). Host met our car & lead the way into FREE PARKING 5 minutes from house. Next morning Hickum guided us to a local ceramics collective. Hospitable endearing family. Authentic decor

Beautiful house with lots of original features. Located in the heart of the Medina, but within walking distance of two of the gates (Babs). Hicham and his family looked after us wonderfully. He was very responsive to requests, very knowledgeable about Fes, and always happy to help without being intrusive.

The owner Hicham and his wife are lovely people who go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. I would highly recommend that you stay in and eat dinner in the Riad on the small terrace, home-cooked Tajines prepared by Hicham's wife, it was some of the best food we've eaten during our many trips to Morroco. A simple breakfast of omelette cakes, jam and bread coffee or mint tea is served each morning.

The properly Is really well located. Hicham and his wife, Houda are such fantasic hosts. If you get the chance, have a nice homecooked dinner on your stay. Such a lovely family and a great room for 3. My flight got moved and I had to postponed last minute and Hicham happily shifted my stay 🙏🏼
