Itran has an amazing view with constant bird chirps. Service is good, staff is quite friendly. The room we stay was spacious and had a nice view. I definitely recommend to stay

This is a really lovely traditional auberge located a little outside of town. The view and balconies are truly wonderful. The room is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable and the staff are wonderful. It was also easy to arrange a taxi to bring us back and forth to town.

11/10 for the hospitality!!! The guys were so kind and helpful, they even gave us a small thank you gift when we left. Both breakfast and dinner were very tasty and they did their best to accommodate one vegetarian option as well! They took us on a mini hike to visit the two nearby old Kasbahs and we walked thru the agricultural fields. We stayed there two nights on our way to and back from Merzouga and I would absolutely recommend staying here!

The authentic architecture and interior. It feels like you enter a cosy and elegant old house that has been generations in a family, instead of the many newly built replica Kasbah hotels. We also spent a really nice evening with live Berber music played by the family that we’ll never forget

Unusual amount of rain meant we couldn’t enjoy terraces as much as we would have liked.

Amazing location, fabulous staff who introduced us to Berber music! Wonderful walking with a guide into interesting villages. Would certainly like to visit again.

Single beds were terrible, please do not reserve a room with a single bed unless mattresses are changed. Double bed was good. Many in Morocco have the same breakfast (bread, eggs, pancakes, no meet) and the same dinner (Tajina) which is very boring. No shower gel provided. Also the old AC couldn’t handle the big room.

Beautiful ancient Kasbah overlooking the gardens of the Mgouna River valley (& an even older adobe kasbah) Perfect Amazigh reception & welcome for the entire stay .. nothing's too much trouble. Great meals Great views Great Amazigh music after dinner ... Shukran all you boys .... & I was presented with the earring I lost there 6 weeks earlier .... magic staff !!

Perfect home away from home in an historic Kasbah hotel. Beautiful architecture & furnishings in authentic Berber style ... even down to the after dinner (yummo tagine ... included in tariff) Amazigh music/ drumming. Spectacular views from every deck in this endless warren of gorgeous nooks .. over the Im'goun River valley, its lush market gardens & large kasbah ruin. Staff endlessly welcoming & helpful. Great breakfast ... on whichever of said decks you desire 😁😁 Definitely a trip highlight, & a "must return"

The view is spectacular!!!! The room was just amazing, the architecture and décor. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful!!!! Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Extremely clean and amazing terraces!!!! Comfy bed. This is a no brainer!!!!!!

It is an amazing place with fantastic views. We walked around the roses at the foot of the Kasbah which was wonderful. We were kindly given a hand drawn map to follow, but I'm terrible at map reading and fortunately, it wasn't necessary. Dinner and breakfast were good. The rooms were breath-taking. A must.

There was nothing we did not like. Except for a few arrogant Australian tourists who unfotunately had to stay in Itran Kasbah for the night.

Original traditional style rooms. Terrace for star gazing. Tents for tea while watching impressive landscape down the valley. Honest, attentive to every detail staff. Delicious dinner. A few hours walk in the valley between roses and small farmers' growth.

Rooms were cold (february), and it would be nice with some extra power outlets and possibility to boil water in the room.

Breakfast was the best one we had on our trip in Morocco - especially the sfenj and peanut butter! yum View from the room was stunning. Staff were very nice and attentive, and since it was cold I got to borrow a djellaba.

There is not enough water pressure in the bathroom. Think also to bring with you soap and shampoo.

Kasbah Itran is located at a hill above the valley with a beautiful view. The place is very special- the rooms are individually decorated with rich details. The staff ist very friendly and the dinner and breakfast are very good and served with great care. A lovely place on the way to The Valley of roses.
