We had a great three night stay in this beautiful hotel in Tangier Kashah. But what made it really special were the amazing staff, always helpful, happy and smiling. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Many thanks to the whole team of Omar, Khalid, Simon, Azie and Hanan for making our stay so special. Khalid even stayed to help us with our bags after working a twelve hour night shift.

The rooms need more storage space and really need wardrobes instead of the large chairs, there was nowhere to hang any clothes.

We were very satisfied with Kasba Green. The location is great close to the harbour but also the market and many restaurants. Simon and team were super friendly and took great care of us. Clean rooms and quiet surroundings. Excellent breakfast on the rooftop terrace.

It's a nice, small, comfortable hotel. The room was lovely and the team who work there are very friendly and helpful.

There didn't seem to be much communication between the different staff members though which meant it was a bit disorganised. The room I was staying in, on the ground floor, gets a little bit of noise from the street and also from the check-in area if anyone is checking in late.

I was surprised at how quiet this property was at night! So, it is a great location within a quieter part of the medina. The staff was very friendly and always available. The view from the terrace was beautiful, and it was nice to have the option of ordering food. There was a window in our room and the door opened onto the lower terrace, so there was plenty of fresh air—the air conditioner also worked well when it was hot.

the stay was very good and we were able to absorb the rich culture and history.

Some guidance on the excursions in the kasba. Two guys presented them as guides and they were obviously known to the staff. Andy’s and Ebrahim and they were clearly intent on ripping us off taking us to their shops At the and if a half day tour Ebrahim demanded a hundred euros which was clearly excessive and much higher than those advertised. We eventually gave him 700 MAD just uk get rid of him. that left a sour taste and spoiled what was a good visit. Eventually we found our own way and enjoyed the walks and the food. if we had known about be good places from ten hotel we would saved quite a bit of money.

    Property response:

Hello sir we have nothing to do with tour guides. We are concerned with what happens outside the organization. We have no knowledge of this. You chose them on your own. We do not know them. Thank you for everything.

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautifully decorated room tucked inside the Kasba of Tangier. Each morning, stepping out onto the stunning terrace to enjoy the sea breeze, the sky and wonderful view, was a perfect start to the day. I was able to work comfortably under a large umbrella, surrounded by views and calm. The Kasba itself is a wonderful experience—getting lost in its narrow, winding streets, stumbling upon sculpted wooden doors and old buildings full of character. The hosts were exceptional: warm, attentive, and always ready to help—whether by running up to the terrace with anything you needed or offering guidance through the maze of alleys. They made everything feel simple, safe, and truly enjoyable.

Too short stay: I had only two days available to stay, but I will come back

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace was lovely, overlooking the city. The breakfast was served on rooftop terrace and was really delicious. It had authentic Moroccan decor, which created a cool vibe.

The room was very tiny. There was no place to put a suitcase. We had to keep constantly moving our luggage to get around the bed. Our room had a window (window opening with shutters) facing the main hallway/stairway, so if it was open, there was no privacy ,and when it was closed, there was no natural light in the room. You could hear outside noises inside the room. The bathroom was also very small and it looked somewhat not very clean.

We have been warmly welcomed with a smile and a tea. We liked he style of the place, the beautiful terrace and the proacitvity of the staff to help and provide information. Great and tasty breakfast!

The staff speaks several languages but further improve the communication skills would make the location a shining star in Tangier
