Aziz was very nice with us and helped as much as he can. Also they were happy that we drop the things in the hotel the last day till we waited for the flights

I had to go to their other hotel 400m from there on arrival at 2am to pay by card because they demanded to pay straight away and didn't have the payment terminal in this part of the hotel. Not a big deal but as they state that they accept cards, they should either have the terminal with them or allow people to go pay the next day at the other location.

Nice basic hotel to stay a couple of nights. Don't expect to much but it's well located just outside the medina so easier to reach and Aziz was really helpful and friendly. We took the optional breakfast on the first day but to be honest you can find some better options for the same price all around the hotel.

Address on booking.com is incorrect. To locate the property you need to follow the google map address for parking Silia, hotel is right above the parking. The swimming pool was super cold, we couldn’t swim as much as we wished

Very neat, good location right within the medina close to major attraction sites. Our host was very accommodating, on the last day of our stay our flight was later in the night but check out time was 12noon, she allowed us stay on the terrace till 4pm that our airport transfer taxi arrived.

had a little trouble finding the property as there’s no sign at the entrance, we figured out in the end with local help.

sparkling clean and close to medina. a very good location as it’s accessible by cars (the next morning our tour bus could pick us up at the hotel front). not a typical riad/dar experience but serves very good as a hotel type of accomodation.

No signage whatsoever outside to mark the hotel (staff met us on the street and guided us to the door). No trash can in the room, but one was later provided on request. No maid service over our 2-day stay, which wasn't a big problem for us.

Clean, bright, spacious accommodations. Friendly, helpful staff (but not always readily available--had to call). Mint tea on arrival and departure. Extra TP on request. Staff threw a couple items of clothing in the laundry for us for free--greatly appreciated! Common kitchen, refrigerator available for use.

The host was very kind and he prepared a delicious breakfast. He also helped us with the problem we had with our car rental. Location is great.

Worst breakfast we had in 4 Weeks Marokko - bread from the day before warmed up in a microwave - parts were hard as stone; Bright light in the inner courtyard till past midnight and no possibility to darken the room (curtains were very light), Parking fee was higher than communicated at booking.com

Very Clean, good location close to best places, but good to reach and 20m away from the big street so not to noisy.

- hard to find: location on Booking.com is not the correct location (we were sent the right location through a text message) - hard to find: there is no sign at the house, nor a number, you have to ask around where it is - to pay by card you need to go to a different hotel a couple of blocks away - there was discussion on whether or not the breakfast was included (we booked with the breakfast included) - room is quite simple - only one towel in the room (but when we asked, we were given a second) - internet was soso - at night we were bothered by the light shining into the room - a personal request beforehand was not even reacted to (a 'no, sorry' is also an answer)

+ at walking distance from Jma El Fna + breakfast was on time as requested; breakfast was good + private parking (5€ per night)
