Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United Arab EmiratesWe did check in at 2:00 am after having a very very long flight and drive from Marrakech, we had the breakfast, and then we went back to sleep a bit and then it was 12:00 and one last she called the room and she remind us that we need to do check out, and I told her yes we are coming now, 12:09 she sent another lady to knock the door to ask us to leave! This is what honestly we didn’t like. And I will not think to come back to the place . In 400 m at the roundabout take the second exit and stay on Avenue forces are Royals and 1

PortugalThe place is a little off and at present the roads are under construction, arriving at night in a foreign country can be a little scary, but the place is great. As they have chickens if you have a light sleep you will wake up with the animal sounds. Not bad to start the day early and continue your journey.
The breakfast was wonderful, the place is very well maintained and has a garden. Good spaces in the rooms.

MalaysiaYour security is very good but its a bit hassle everytime when we return to the property we need to wait about 3 min for the gate to open. The first night, after 5 min ringing the intercom, a staff from the window asked us to make a phonecall to ask for the door to open. My mobile was out of battery, luckily my husband's mobile has 17% left to make the call. The roads into the property need improvement too.

Morocco1. We were given a downgrade instead of an upgrade when the room we booked had a cooling problem. This was disappointing and felt like a breach of the original booking agreement. 2. The sprinklers waking us up in the middle of the night were a major giveaway to how this hotel is treating their guests. Water was splashing on our door, leaking inside our room. 3. The state of the pool was shocking. The presence of debris, hair, and bugs made it unusable and could potentially be a health hazard. 4. The receptionist's behavior was unprofessional and deceptive. We booked a room with 35m² a large bed, a balcony and a couch but we got a room with old furniture, 14 flies and very slow wifi. 5. There is literally no assistance after 11 pm. 6. The hotel's failure to apologize for the inconveniences we faced was a major oversight. This hotel is priced on the high-end when the staff are seriously lacking professionalism, proactivity, and empathy.

Usually I write paragraphs long review in detail, For this one I am going to just write what it feels like staying at this resort (can't call it a Hotel, this is like a place where Celebrities go to when escaping the chaos of Life.) What did we Love: + Exclusiveness + Serenity + Harmony with nature + Tranquility That's All, what else can one ask for in Life these days! 3 quality days of reinvigorating time eating nice quality food which felt like 2 weeks long... Period. Dina & Mohccin are the Artists spearheading the smooth operations and the whole Team involved love their work with passion. THANK YOU All at Jnane Yemma resort, what a special place !!!!

United KingdomThe only sad thing that happened was that on the morning I was leaving I fell down the stairs and fractured my ankle ouch I had paid the reception boy the night before to wake me up and to carry my things downstairs but he did not come and I had to go downstairs in darkness carrying my hand luggage case I could not see as it was dark and misjudged the last two steps and twisted my ankle which was the most horrific noise I ever heard and also landed on my knees on the marble big step.. My yelling woke the reception boy up but he was not too concerned about me and I had to ask for ice but I have lived to tell the tale even tho still with a dodgy ankle so please people be aware of the stairs in the dark ..
I loved this property so much It’s a bit difficult to find and quite remote but great if you like that kind of place it’s very clean and the owner and her staff are great..
