Very clean and nice staff

I have tried to think of anything we didn't like. Nope, cant say there was anything. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

We arrived tired and hot. The hotel inside looks and feels sumptuous. Cool and inviting. Reception man was so pleasant and helpful, excellent English, I just wanted to change clothes and go out to the pool. The room was lovely, overlooking the pool. Big and lovely bed. When I came back to Reception the man said he would get a towel brought out to me. I threw myself on a sun lounger and sighed with bliss. I got the towel, a drink and a table brought to my side. I didn't move a muscle, the attention I was paid, was so lovely after a long hot dusty drive. The breakfast was amazing, omelet's of your choice and a buffet fit for a King.

Upon arrival I changed rooms 4 times at check-in. None of them being the room I actually booked.

The lady at the reception made sure we had good stay and was very friendly. Nice breakfast!

Great hotel in a great location near the medina in Tiznit. Lots of sites are nearby and easy to walk around the area. Good restaurants and cafes too. Rooms are large and comfortable, ours had a balcony.

The room was very hot even after turning the fan up and the air on colder. The shower was mediocre, tepid water. The bed was very hard, not at all comfortable.

The location was great, staff very nice. Foyer was beautiful.

They falsely advertised that their pool would reopen today which is why I paid double the going rate in Tiznit but it's not reopening anytime soon. There was a problem checking out due to Booking not using the Wallet credit I selected to pay this which lead to me almost missing my connection. This was not the hotel's fault. I think they need lamps and to work with lighting g to make this vast property more appealing.

Every thing was perfect

I arrive late after a long journey on CTM bus and I was tired and I asked for a quite room and pool view and the Reception manger I think it was said yes we have already given me a quite room they were all nice when I arrived and also today It’s a very ornate Hotel but also very homely which is hard to achieve but the staff also are part of making that possible I will return again to Tiznet and this will be my home while here Thank you all for your kind service
