From the warm and seamless welcome at the reception ( with m.zakaria and m.mohamed ali) to the outstanding quality of service with m.FAYSAL AND REDA whose made every meal a true culinary experience. The entertainment team kept the energy alive day and night with fun activities, sports, and vibrant shows — we especially enjoyed the golf sessions and the dynamic animation led by Hassan, who made every moment unforgettable. A big applause to Emy, the amazing head of animation, whose energy, creativity, and leadership made the entire entertainment program extraordinary. Souki and Fati at the Kids Club deserves a special mention as well — her patience, warmth, and genuine love for children created magical memories for our little ones. Rachid and the two Youssefs from the animation team also stood out for their enthusiasm, talent, and constant good mood, making every guest feel included and entertained. The air con in our room barely cooled it down at all. Now, in fairness it was 44 degrees whilst we were there but it was way too hot in our room. I’d expect there to be better air con in the rooms considering how hot Morocco can get.

Loved the staff, the adults only pool was blissful and peaceful. The food was amazing! So much selection, clean and really tasty! Really clean! We felt safe and secure, and the staff again were just amazing.

The staff made our experience exceptional. They work so hard and are always happy to help or chat. The food was amazing for all inclusive, such variety daily, freshly prepared. The kids club was amazing for our wee boy. The gym was very well stocked and the entertainment had something for everyone.

The entire resort was wonderful. So much to do for all tastes. The adult pool was bliss, but if you need some excitement and fun the family pool with entertainment is great. So many activities to do on site with a vast program. The food, well. I just wish I had more stomach space to eat more! The variety was excellent! Also I was back and forth picking up unlimited drinks - Ayoub did a great job🍹 they were perfectttt. The holiday reps were so nice and great fun! Mattress and pillow were quite hard. Some accesories (for example sanitary fittings) in the room and public spaces were oldish and/or damaged. Quite some strong noise in the room from chairs being dragged around in neighbouring rooms, specially above. Adding pads to the legs would be welcome.

Rooms are pretty basic but not an issue

Hotel itself is pretty basic, but it covers all the basics! Rooms are spotlessly clean, beds a little too hard for my liking. No tea/coffee making facilities but a kettle was requested and arrived immediately. The facilities and staff are what make this hotel something special. As a family with 3 boys (8, 10, 13), this was the perfect hotel for us. All the sports and games on offer and the entertainment staff made this one of our favourite family holidays yet. Special mention to Ali who served our drinks around the pool - always with the biggest smile, and Ismail in the bar who felt like a friend by the end of our stay. The staff here are wonderful.

So much to do at one place with activities and events. Huge property, App is great, swimming pool is great, evening parties are an added touch. There are many people at the same time but they get divided into these various activities and you can get your space comfortably. A must visit for families. We had a great stay and can't really complain.

We were pleased with the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel – the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The variety of activities was especially impressive: tennis, football, basketball, boxing, and more. A great choice for active guests of all ages. Regarding the food: The food selection could use significant improvement. There was very little variety, and the same dishes were repeated almost daily. This became tiresome quickly, and unfortunately, we had to eat out twice during our stay. There could be more grilled food options, and the snack selection was limited – only pancakes and waffles were offered every day. In addition, the air conditioning in the dining hall was not functioning properly, making it difficult for allergy sufferers to eat indoors. One member of our group has a fish allergy and was unable to dine inside due to the poor air quality, and had to eat outside instead. Accommodation and comfort: The toilets did not have water hoses for cleaning, which is not hygienic and does not meet the basic needs of many travelers. Adding this feature would greatly improve comfort and cleanliness. Overall: Overall, we had an enjoyable holiday, but unfortunately the price-quality ratio did not quite match. The hotel has great potential, but improvements are needed in the food service, air conditioning, and toilet facilities.

Great team and customer service was perfect. All inclusive deal was value for money. Facilities included adults only pool and sports facilities. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern and practical The gardens are a pleasure to walk around and well maintained. The entertainment team were engaging and there was always something going on! Loved the aqua gym ! Water and coffee stations were plentiful. Buffet meal was varied with good choices
