The variety of foods served was limited and the entertainment to keep guests engaged was a bit below par.

We had troubles with the toilets it was broken and clogged even though they came fixed it it was still clogged and the minibar wasn’t working the tv remote as well.

The hotel was nice and quiet good for those who are looking for some peace.

About three night there were loud disturbances coming from next door or not too far away. Woke me up on each occasion and kept me awake until early hours of the morning. It was disturbing as doors were banged which shock the whole building and people arguing. On another note the lace white curtains could do with washing as they were black at the bottom… it this could not have been due to a few months it’s clearly over time.

There could have being an area, were you you have purchase tea or coffee throughout day, they could have utilise the facilities with the provision of a snack bar providing light snacks to guess by pool or in the lounge. Some minor repairs needed addressing, broken tiles around pool, also area in pool were tiles were missing could have led to health & Safety issues. It would be nice if hotel supplied complementary tea, coffee and kettle in the rooms for guest and arrival.

Arrive at hotel it was lovely, very friendly and professional staff. Treated ourself’s to spa lovely massage options onsite. Had a lovely lounge and bar area. Would recommend hotel, however I arrive on 23 February for week, two lovely pools one for adults and kids pool, although the water was freezing but I’m sure in peak season is lovely and warm.

I never used the outdoor pool as I traveled in winter but it looked clean and was used by couple of people. Breakfast excellent - as I had breakfast only deal. Staff very helpful. Carrefour and shopping mall at walking distance.

The music is loud all long the day, even with the closed doors you’re able to hear it. The room is not equipped with lights, only one in the entrance. The safe was out of service. We asked to lower the music, was not possible and the safe was was not repared

The pool is very convenient. The hotel for one night is very convenient too, the price not too high. The hotel is not a 4starts hotel.
