Perfect family room spread over 2 rooms, so ideal to put little children to bed whilst you have freedom to do something else in the other room.

Noisey with traffic all night and Music until late. Spa was closed.

Perfect location between port/beach and the medina. And close to bars/restaurants. Modern clean and spacious room with huge double bed. Lovely bar area and staff.

My only criticism is the noise. Windows are very thin/not well sealed and there was a thin crack in the wall above it. The result of this was that I could hear all the taxis and locals honking their horns until about 4am, even from the higher floors. You MUST bring ear plugs or noise-cancelling headphones—i struggled sometimes even with them. Better windows would make this hotel an instant 10 for me.

Staff were fantastic. Helpful and friendly all round, helped me out with everything I needed. Bed was very, very comfortable. Good lighting, clean room and bathroom, electronic card room access. I liked the location, not far from the Medina, but being outside of it, taxis and tour group pickups were still able to collect/drop me off right outside the hotel. Nice bar, etc.

It can be very noisy from the traffic, you can hear is clearly from the room. The internet connection was terrible, i could only use them on certain areas of the room. The pool is very shallow.

Rooms were not ready at 16:30 when we came to check in even when the listed check in time is 14. Beds were very hard and not comfortable to sleep in. A lot of noice from the street.

We were in a family room so it was quite large and nice. The pool on the rooftop was also really nice. AC worked very well in our room. Good location, walking distance to the beach and the market. Great Indian restaurant across from the hotel.

The swimming pool was full of dead bugs! It looked like it had not been cleaned out for a while, although the hotel staff were selling the swimming pool as a plus point - would have loved to go for a dip if it was the case. Only black spot to a brilliant base, though!

Staff were friendly, the hotel was a short walk from the main area of the city, a short walk from the Old City/Kasbah, it was on the main road so the amenities were pretty much on our doorstep so we did not have to really venture far - no complaints!

Bedsheets had unremoved stains and a couple of spots of blood on them. Shower and screen needed a good clean. No mattress protector on bed and bed was very hard.

Cool decor, safe parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff were in everyday.

Slightly run down. EXTREMELY NOISY, car beeping all night long and people shouting in the street, maybe that is just Tanger. Swimming pool smaller than the pic and not deep at all
