The hotel is perfectly located in the Medina for shopping, sight seeing and has easy access to parking and food. The staff is amazing and breakfast on the terrace gives a stunning view of the mountains and town while you enjoy a traditional Moroccan breakfast.

The only negative aspect is that we didn't stay longer! I wish I could have spent a whole month here! WHY does this hotel not have 10 stars????

This beautifully quaint little hotel has the most inviting feel, from the moment we set foot in it we felt at home. Yassine was the perfect host, very pleasant and helpful. The hotel decor is breathtakingly ornate, clean and picturesque. The wall art displayed is mesmerisingly beautiful and eye-catching. The hotel is cool, (in contrast to the heat of June) and a pleasant, fragrant breeze wafted throughout the building. The rooms were immaculately clean, bedsheets crisp and comfortable, even the bathroom smelled beautiful, which had my friend and I wondering what cleaning products the housekeeper had used! Although the hotel was in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Blue City, it was amazingly quiet and tranquil. The highlight of the building is the panoramic 360 degree views from the top floor terrace where we could sit and enjoy the scenery. Breakfast in this terrace added a unique feel of luxury. As for the breakfast, it is SUPERB! Fatima the housekeeper would cater for all tastes and needs. We felt at home in this gorgeous hotel and we would never stay anywhere else. This place is the embodiment of perfection itself.

The room was a bit small. The bathroom was old.

Breakfast was good, served in the terrace with views of the town. The location is inside of the old town, very close to everything. The staff was nice and both checkin and checkout were quick and easy.

If I could give this hotel an 11 out of 10, I would! Everything was absolutely perfect. The reception, the breakfast, the room, the terrace, the service. And the location is excellent. Really great, come to Hotel Koutoubia.

Great location and the roof terrace is a major highlight for breakfast and taking in the breathtaking views. Yassine was fantastic and accompanied me on a walk to the Spanish mosque.

The bathroom was small and hard to keep it dry after shower. There are not many facilities in the room, such as slippers, toiletries or a kettle (these would be useful)

Super friendly staff and very nice hotel! We arrived a bit sick and both, the manager Yassine, and the housekeeper Fatima took exceptionally good care of us! On top of it, the hotel itself is very clean, breakfast is amazing and the location is perfect to discover the Medina. We would always come back 😊

It was a super good hotel close to everything and the staff were so kind and helpful but I forgot his name but he advised us to go to Akchour it was so beautiful and has a beautiful waterfall also we thank Fatima for her breakfast and her kindness. We loved the blue city Chefchaouen it was one of the best places we visited in Morocco. We will be back again inchallah.
