No shower curtains so the bathroom gets all wet.

Room was great, well located, great breakfast. The staff was too worried I wouldnt pay the city tax so they took money from my hand and only gave it back the next day with the correct change. But overall its a great place.

Honestly, we loved everything about our stay. The only surprise was that the check-in took a bit longer than expected, as the staff had to copy down each traveler's passport details. I expect this would be true anywhere in Morocco.

All of the staff at Hotel Le Gallia were welcoming and gracious! They were happy to help arrange transportation, recommend restaurants or shops, and even offered to help with negotiations when buying a rug! Our rooms were lovely and comfortable (AC was essential!). The common areas-- courtyard and roof top-- were both charming. Our daughter was delighted by the cats who gathered in the courtyard. The location was close to Djemaa el Fna and the markets, in the old town. Excellent hospitality, Great value, Highly recommend!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near Jema El Fna, it’s a bit difficult to find as it is in a small alley. The hotel is clean and very quiet. The room was cosy and well decorated.

Could be cleaner. Dust everywhere. mopping does not extend to corners. Rugs in our room were dirty. I moved to a different table at breakfast because the planter by my table smelled of cat pee.

the staff is lovely. always available, very helpful and accommodating. comfortable bed, good hot shower. A turtle, a dog with her two pups, and several cats in the courtyard. depending on who you are, the animals can be a plus or a minus—a fair amount of yipping and yowling. Good location on outskirts of the Medina. No need to drag your luggage over cobblestones. Nice lounge.

There are loads of cats in the public areas of the hotel. They are quite shy, so they don't bother you at all. However, they sometimes sit on chairs with cushions on them and the morning after we arrived, we had flea bites. I think the insects came from the cushions we sat on in the public area. There are only a few cats that are allowed to come into the hotel, and it would be great if they could be treated for pests.

The hotel is close to all sorts of restaurants and shops, yet it is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious, our room was clean and tidied every day, and the people were very nice.

Decor is a bit tired and needs a deep clean/ refresh. Strong smell of cats.

Lovely traditional Riad, good and helpful customer service. A 5 minute walk to the main square and situated off a quiet side street. Comfortable and functionable rooms and facilities. Private sun lounge for the hotel guests. Good breakfast for the price. Overall excellent value and experience.

Maybe a few more amenities in the bathroom (like shower gel and shampoo) would be nice.

The riad is beautiful, with a great location, 5 minutes walking from the main square. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast is one of the best we had in Morocco, served on the amazing sunny rooftop. Plus the staff is super friendly!
