When I told the hotel that my father had additional needs, the Hotel upgraded both mine and my parents room to a junior suite. This was amazing as he needed room to move about. In addition to this, the hotel room was cleaned every day, whilst the room was near the lift, which was amazing. Bathroom and Wi-Fi facilities were brilliant. Breakfast was cooked to order and served at the table, with amazing fresh mint tea and French style cafe au lait. Great time had by all of us and the reception staff were amazing. The location with central to where we needed to be.

There were some ants in the room, and the amenities were lacking.

The hotel was in a good location, with a really good breakfast, really good service, and a traditional feel, similar to that of a riad. The staff went above and beyond and there was no communication issues. The hotel is close to the beach and the Kasbah de Oudaya. I travelled with my parents, and my parents also loved it. Would definitely recommend.

It’s remote and hard to find at night. You need a car to get there, hard to find .the swimming pool water was a bit murky.

The location of the hotel is perfectly situated in the city center. The breakfast was great, and the room was very clean, very well kept and cleaned daily. The staff were very kind, cooked extra meals when I fell sick and went to the pharmacy with me. Added me on WhatsApp to keep track of how I'm feeling.

The hotel is in a traditional style, very interestingly decorated. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. My room was comfortable, spacious, with a wonderful view. Breakfast is varied, with freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh mint tea, and traditional pastries served warm. Really nice stay!

Great Location you can walk to almost every spot in the city including the train station. The hotel has a vintage decoration but feels modern, and it's very clean and confortable. The breakfast is absolutely spectacular.

We stayed here for the designated parking— it’s right out front and so convenient if you are renting a car. Breakfast was wonderful and location doesn’t get any better. Looking out over the castle. The terrace was closed when we were there but I know it is going to be beautiful when it opens!! Thanks to the super kind staff

Reception and carpark attendants were very friendly and professional. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The ocean view was great. Short distance to beach and many eateries and supermarkets. Our overall stay was very enjoyable and would highly recommend.

It is a beautiful hotel, perhaps the best I have ever stayed in. Our room had a wondeful view of the sea and was very comfortable and stylish inside. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious.

The shower was not great. The water leaks out from the door and soaks the entire bathroom. It was a shower base with tile beside the shower base. I slipped and fell as a result of this design and I am an able bodied mid-20s.

This is a nice hotel, and had an elevator which is not typical in Morocco as many of the buildings are quite old. It is well located and has everything you need. The breakfasts were delicious and the breakfast staff were very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful!
