Friendly staff but service was too slow, no one came to check on me for a long time. Cleanliness also needs improvement, I noticed a bad smell from the pillow cover.

Because the terrace is open for public it's a bit crowded and not many solo travellers or just in general not many people looking to meet other people... The bathroom is also open to public but the showers are there as well with just curtains that you can almost see through...

The hostel was beautiful! The rooftop terrace is open for public and very popular because of the views (I choose this hostel for the views :) ) The staff is very friendly and the beds are so comfortable!

Installing a better fan in the girls' shared room would be great. Can be very hot inside the room during summer time

The rooftop has an amazing view. Special mention to Yviet, such a lovely lady who is always ready to help with a smile. Definitely, I will come back to this riad :) I highly recommend it for female solo travellers.

The atmosphere was really weird… not like a hostel. It’s more a hotel with one or two dorms. The rooftop is a restaurant. The whole building was poorly soundproofed. Could hear every noise (people on the rooftop talking loudly in the middle of the night) The waiter took a nap in the dorm… which was a bit weird.

There are lockers under the beds. Some of them are broken and are not clean, so I did not use them. After making a reservation, I sent a message of booking.com , but there was no reply. But I think these are trival things.

Staff is so kind! I got on the night bus, so they let me take a shower after check out. And he accompanied me the bus station because it was late (11:30 pm). The bed room and shower room are clean enough. The interior is cute. I could dry my clothes on the line outside the window.

I enjoyed most parts of my stay.

Located within the medina, it was not too hard for me to find the place. Lovely staff, great rooftop terrace and nice rooms. Overall i was very satisfied with my stay.

The guy from the reception took my slippers away at night out of the dormroom because he needed them he said. When I wanted to check out, I just told him someone took my slippers and then he took them from under the reception desk and said he was going to give them back. But I doubt that if I had not said anything I would have gotten them back at all. Not accusing anyone but it left me with a strange feeling. Besides this rather strange experience, I enjoyed my stay at this hostel.

we had some trouble and the manager of reception didn’t help us at all. the wifi was very slow. if you are looking for a quite place, this hostel is not the right one as they invite people from outside to have breakfast in there at 9 am.

Had some issues at the food place on the roof. Was really hard to be a vegan there. Would love to see some more understanding and options for people who don't eat meat and/or other animal products :)

Cold shower withouth hangers.

Place is nice, has a beautiful terrace. Location is good inside the medina and the staff is kind. The room was a bit small but each bed has its own light, socket and curtain. Breakfast is good too!

For the value of money, I would say it was not that worth it, when I compare to other places I stayed in Morocco. Of course from Europe, it is cheap but even breakfast was included, it was not the best for money you pay.

Hostel was clean and a typical Riad style place to stay. Very beautiful interior. Easy to sleep as it is all prepared when you sleep. Feel like the bed is comfortable and separated from another bed so you have a bit of privacy. Breakfast was very nice, typical Moroccan style and deliciously having it in the terrace.

The dormitory room was literally a hole in the wall, too small and not great ventilation.

The breakfast and the staff were amazing. Definitely one of the best breakfast I had in Morocco and Nadia was super nice. Great WiFi & location.
