Easy to find, enough place for parking, beautiful view from the terrace and unexpected turn of events made our stay exceptional!

Not a slight on the hotel but chefchouen lacks a lot of money exchange facilities so make sure you bring cash with you from other main cities and it is hard to hail a taxi when needed as it is not a main town. Nonetheless the hotel was very good. Afshour nearby is a very good day trip and very scenic.

Scenic views on terrace, rooms were well kept with AC available for hot summers. Breakfast was of a good standard and people in charge were hospitable. Fairly close to the shops and main centre.

A bit of a smell in the bathroom pipes.

The location was great. Especially if you had luggage it’s into far from the taxi spot. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. And the staff were extremely kind and helpful

Although you cannot change that, the location was a bit hard to manage, especially with dragging a 10kg suitcase up the mountain.

The rooms looked very nice and their aesthetic matched everything so well. Breakfast was amazing too. So much food and all VERY good! Staff extremely friendly as well.

Very clean hotel with a delicious breakfast. The hospitality was amazing, and we had a great time. It's located high up with a stunning view. The bedroom was also beautiful and full of character! We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooster that lives next door was making a lot of noise and I was worried it would wake me up super early...and it did! The front door was always locked and each time I was outside knocking to come in it would take a really long time for anyone to come (I had to knock a few times and was left waiting 5-10 minutes most occasions)

The view of the city from the room was gorgeous, and the room was cute and blue. It was a decent sized bedroom! The upstairs restaurant area was beautiful and I enjoyed having a meal up there. The staff were lovely and accommodating to my requests.

You need to be super fit to get around in the center of Chefchaouen. But that has nothing to do with the hotel.

The staff is the nicest and super helpful (and their accent when speaking Arabic is just music to the ears :)). amazing view from the rooftop.

Perhaps the room was a bit small, but I can’t really complain because I’ve booked the Economy Double and also because the huge terrace with nice couches gives plenty of space to relax in the hotel

The outstanding part is definitely the amazing terrace and the view from it, but also the kindness and great work of the staff has been really appreciated. Amazing breakfast on top of the terrace.

Bathroom was quite basic; the basin was just too small. I would also have preferred a fixed shower head rather than only a hand shower. Also would have preferred a better lighting in the bathroom but it was ok.

Staff was very courteous and helpful ( eg Jawaoud) ; I think they do their very best. We couldn't have breakfast at the Cafe because it was raining but the staff especially Radi was very accommodative and arranged breakfast at the appointed time at the reception lounge. Very good location within the medina ( easy to find without getting lost). Very comfortable beds and excellent WiFi connection. Nice sit out balcony.

The rooms are not soundproof (you could hear everything..) and the door lock was very wiggly. Pro-tip: for the hose of the shower door a double turn around it so that it reaches a desirable angle for you to shower without you needing to put it on your hand.

The rooftop terrace was breathtaking. It is a simple but homey place. The breakfast was delicious with great coffee. The room had AC and a very warm blanket for the colder nights. What made our experience memorable was the staff - wonderful, friendly, caring and proactive. Hospitality in its finest!
