On two days no fresh towels were left...but swiftly corrected. If , like me, you are staying in room no. 5, the Aircon from the room next door ( maybe 6?) was very noisy.

Roof terrace breakfast first class. Despite excellent location close to the busy area of town, a quiet stay.

Person in the room next to mine woke me up at 3 in the morning.

Clean, comfy room. Friendly staff and decent breakfast included. Location was walking distance to the main square. Worth a night or two.

I got a different room that I reserved (for solo traveller, three smaller beds are useless), shared bathroom was just a shower with curtain without divide next to toilet (so you can't use both, if other guests use it, or walk there covered in water). Card payment didn't work.

Quiet place, location was close to Jema Al Fena and clean rooms.. Very friendly and helpful staff and owner. Good breakfast served on the rooftop with nice views. A big shout out to Azddine who was really helpful and went out of the way to make sure we had a pleasant stay in the hotel and Marrakesh. Thanks

Very nice stay with Azddine as a host, welcoming us with tea and making us feel comfortable all the time. Breakfast on the rooftop with typical Morrocan elements served by a very gentle person made a good start of each day. They were always very helpful for us. Thank you, and see you next time!

The Riad was difficult to find as the location is not accurate on a map.

The staff were friendly. The location was good once we found it as it was within walking distance of main attractions. Nice terrace breakfast. Clean spacious rooms.

It was not possible to lock my room door from inside! They promised to sort the key issue but did not. So I slept 3 nights in a room that could have been entered by anyone in the building while I was sleeping. I could lock the door alright when I exited the room. In contrast the main entrance door was locked 24/7 and I had to ring the doorbell every single time I came back to the hotel, as a key was not provided.

Check-in was smooth although we didn't have common language. It was ok to pay the exact room price in euro coins in addition to euro notes, which is not usual in Morocco. I really appreciated this possibility. I was also upgraded to a slightly bigger room for no extra cost I assume due to the fact that we couldn't communicate in English. Decent breakfast that differed a little bit every morning was served on the roof terrace, and I could observe storks flying around while sipping tea.

It was in a good location a very good host Azddine who supported us in getting a printed boarding pass. We liked everything.

Everything was fine with the accommodation. I think we got better than we expected. The breakfast and service were great. The staff was nice and helpful. There was cleaning every day, everything was fine with the cleanliness:) The location is also fine, about a few minutes easy walk and you are in Jemaa el Fna. So I would gladly recommend the accommodation!

Can improve wifi and maybe exchange the mattress of the beds (rather hard or sinking in the middle)

Breakfast on the terrace will be spectacular with good weather, unfortunately it was a bit cold for us.

It's very well located, 10min walking from Jema el-Fnaa. Very clean. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. We arrived before the check in time are we were allowed to leave our luggage in a room.
