There was low water pressure in the bathroom and shower hose was leaking ( needs to be replaced by new one ).

Good location directly in the old town of the city. Very friendly staff. They helped us to print boarding passes, let us to leave for storage our bacpacks after check out until our flight and organized taxi to the airport. There are two terraces in the hotel and one of them is located on the roof.

Probably the bathroom - too hard to get in the bathtub and the shower wasn’t good!

It was in a great location once you found it! Not easy to find and a taxi wouldn’t take me from the ferry! A little shocked about the stairs - bathroom was ok. No pool - he said that’s a mistranslation for whirlpool….which it isn’t! Felt very safe. Excellent staff!

The room had furniture and beds that were very old and not in very good condition. Wi-Fi was not working properly as well as the TV and also the breakfast was poor in quantity and quality

The place was really in the center of the old town and close to the port , liked I wanted.

Beds were a bit hard but we coped.

Great location in the medina. Staff were all friendly & helpful (Printed our boarding passes for us,organised your taxi to the airport) Our twin room had everything we needed in it, loved the traditional Morrocan style. Breakfast was fresh every morning. Loved the view from the roof terrace.

The only thing I didn’t like is the smell of the bathroom! It smells so bad, but I saw this also in other places, so maybe they have no control of it!!. The bathroom was very clean but the smell is crazy.

    Great stuff.

The area is not easy for taxis to enter as it has narrow roads and the place is crowded. Lots of walking needed and it's up and down hills of pathway. But it's a good place.

The location is very good. It's close to many restaurants, souvenir shops, park, and panoramic views. It's very near to the famous and always has long queue for customers who likes to eat Moroccan traditional food like tangine and couscous. Look for Chez Hassan Restaurant. You'll thank me for recommending it. And just the opposite of it is the famous for all natural products like honey 🍯 and argan oil 🛢️. The shop called MAISON D'ARGAN ET de MIEL EL KASBAH.

The beds were rock hard. The booking said piscine privé (private pool) as a feature of our room but that actually meant we had a bath. This was really hard to get in and out of as the shower screen didn’t slide open and the bath was high and steep.

Breakfast was included. The large room was pretty with intricately painted decoration. It had an air conditioner and the windows had shutters which blocked out the street noise really well.

The staff was very friendly. Good location. Nice terrace.

Nothing really. It may not be ideal for you if you would be scared walking empty alleys late at night and it can be a little difficult to find without gps. It feels a little edgy walking home late at night. The showers do not drain well so this can be a little annoying.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was simple but filling and the rooms and public areas are gorgeous traditional decor. The local vibes are strong this deep into the medina and you will experience what the locals live like. Bonus points for being directly above a natural oils shop which makes the whole street intoxicating with the spicy aromas. Great views from the roof top and even your window.

Directions to give the taxi driver and us could have been better. We had to ask for assistance. We did receive an email about taxi service but we didn't receive it until we got to the hotel. The stairs were a little difficult with luggage.

Breakfast on the roof was lovely. Staff great. Room comfortable. Close to the market and shops. About 10 minute walk to the port.

No shower curtain, so it was a bit messy taking a shower but it wasn't really a problem.

Nice and helpful staff. Good location in the centre of the Medina near some nice restaurants. Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was good, typical, but one fried egg would make perfect!

there was no bedside table (not for me but only for my wife), and a low ceiling in the toilet door (I hit my head several times).

good location, clean and good service. breakfast was great (local cuisine, mostly bakery, but all was hot, as if they cook it themselves, yogurt and cold freshly squeezed juice were very nice, as a bonus they give a free bottle of water for breakfast). Terrace has greasy view.

Because the shower floor is pretty much the bathroom floor, there needs to be more to protect guests from falling on the very slippery tiles. Someone is really going to hurt themselves someday! There should be some sort of waterproof mat available.

I can’t say enough about how wonderfully helpful the staff is! Breakfast was awesome! Our room was very clean. Decor was very nice.

The room was just basic. Good for 1 or 2 nights. But if you are a light sleeper, the doors are very thin. I could hear people taking outside till like midnight. The staff and Suleiman was amazing. Very kind and thoughtful people.
