Was dirty and on the second floor there isnt any key for your room and in the hall there is always an old lady so you dont reallu have that privacy IMPORTANT NOTE:The location on Booking is wrong guys And also the room on terrace is terrifying there is construction and with the wind everything moves and couldn’t sleep at night with noise and there was other 2 open rooms In short the location was good the owner was kind but i think the price is too much for the experience i got!

The room is actually just rented out from a family that lives there it is no hotel. The bathroom and shower smelled of mold and there was a cigarette in the toilet when we arrived. The location is NOT a few steps from the airport, there is a big fence seperating the hotel from easy acces to the airport. We had to walk 30min to the airport.

As my flight would be in late evening I requested to be collected from airport if possible. I received no tesponse to this request fepite it appearing as available on Booking.com info. The night taxi coild not find the place and returned us to the airport, another driver took pity and tried harder - we arrived at 1.30 in the morning and the owners had gone to bed. There were no towels or soap for the very cold shower. The mint yea was nice in the morning.

The house in general. If you are a smoker, this is a good place as the owner allows to smoke in the saloon, so the smell enters in the bedroom. The bedrooms do not have a private bathroom but the two bathrooms are outside the rooms, far from one bedroom and the other bedroom is close to the bathrooms but in front of the kitchen, so you have to share the bathrooms with the other customers, and the kitchen is so dirty. We did not find any privacy, the place is dirty. I do not recommend it for women, children, couples and neither for No smokers.

I thought it was 24 hour check in. It wasn’t . My bus was late. Cost 150dirim from airport to Riad. Walk would be long with bags. My room was not available to slept on sofa.

Absolutely disgusting dirty kitchen. No having a key to the room so we're essentially locked in the room. No shhets or pillow cases. Other people's belongings in the room.

Nothing matched the offer, I didn't feel safe there. The door in the room didn't have a handle, I had to lock it immediately, from the bed on the opposite side under the ceiling there was a kind of window but without glass. I couldn't take a shower because it was broken and using the toilet was also impossible because the toilet seat was broken and stood next to the toilet. Above the room there was a terrace which was accessed by stairs from which you could look into my bathroom because there was nothing above the bathroom door to the corridor.

Breakfast see previous comment. No possibility to make your own tea or coffee, No light bulbs in any of our room's lamps. Only 2 small toilet/shower/basins for 10 guests, one didn't lock. Taxis very expensive, even to airport (1 km away) because owner has deal with local drivers.

Not a lot, breakfast only available from 10 am so useless if you're on a morning flight. Paid for girl to make Tajine in evening - lovely

My reservation says a bedroom with a big double bed, heating etc. The picture is also different from the one I stayed in. I did not see the room I stayed in in the pictures at all. I had a terrible night, with opening door what I had no key to lock or even close and the roof was open to the sky above me. There was no heating, no bed, just a mattress on the floor. I did not pay for that room.

Room wasn't as advertised - it had a window that couldn't be closed so it got cold and very noisy (because of the planes taking off right next to us), the bathroom was semi-open, so anyone in the top terrace could clearly see us (and again, cold), and very dirty everywhere, even the sheets. We didn't even have toilet paper... And breakfast is NOT included. It's just a very dirty kitchen you're allowed to use, but I wouldn't recommend even storing anything in the fridge... The host told us he'd book us a cab to the airport early in the morning. We sent him money and waited for almost an hour but the cab never came... He was fast asleep until late morning and then tried telling us he'd told us he was gonna give us a ride?! Clearly a waste of time and money, not worth it in any way shape or form.
