The riad was beautifully decorated and had a really authentic atmosphere. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay feel very personal. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

Probably the only point is that you can't book a Taxi directly to the hotel as the road to the Riad is so small. That can be difficult but was no problem for us

Location and building are amazing and beautiful! Close to some souks and easy to leave the city by car. Good air conditioning and shower.

The pool area felt a bit neglected, could be more inviting like the other areas in the riad. The breakfast could include fruits and eggs, it was mostly a selection of multiple breads with marmalades and coffee/tea - not very nutritious.

The environment was like a fairy tale, the rooftop was fantastic! My room was beautiful, with nice touches and had everything I needed

The staff were amazing, Yasin, Omar and all the staff were very lovely and accommodating. The location was good. The riad is beautiful and has many communal areas, there's always a place to sit in private. The pool was nice and well maintained. The breakfast was limited and repetitive, variation would have been nice.

Location, space, hospitality. We stayed in multiple riads during our trip. At the last leg of our trip, i could hands down say it was the best place we stayed at during our stay in marrakech. It is near the central area and in close vicinity/center of all the attractions and souks. Omar was very hospitable and helped us a lot during our stay. He made sure we got food on our early excursions and also helped us with our luggage! Yassim was also very knowledgeable with advice on transportation. The space was very good and big. Good a/c as well! Would recommend to friends and family hands down.

It was trickier to get to than we anticipated as the street outside is pedestrian only. We were disturbed during the night by someone banging on our door.

Loved how everything looked and the service from staff was exceptional. We had complimentary tea on arrival, the hotel sorted a seamless transfer on checkout and even prepared a breakfast picnic since we would miss breakfast at the hotel.

Second time to stay at Dar Sara and i can definitely say I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Marrakech. We felt really at home there. Staff is very friendly and helpful, place is very clean and smells wonderful, our room was so comfortable and the bed felt like a cloud, the breakfast was perfect. Thank you to the whole team. We will be back soon!

Breakfast could use a bit of improvement

Felt just like home! The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hammam and spa experience was very relaxing and professionally done. Dinner was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors. Breakfast could use a bit of improvement, but overall, a wonderful stay with great energy. Would definitely come back!

Maybe the breakfast could have been a bit more varied, loads of breads. I think something like eggs would go a long way. Also our shower was super close to the toilet meaning very time we showered water would get around the toilet, maybe having more of a separator would help.

The location was great and the staff work so hard to ensure you have a good stay. The room was clean and with the air con, was very comfortable. Riad also offers a airport taxi service which we found super useful.

We liked everything. The riad is very pretty, consisting of 4 riads merged together which we found very interesting. And the room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a safe. The location was in a good neighborhood and the staff was very nice and helpful (they even provided us with to-go breakfast since we had a very early check out at 5.30 in the morning).
