The only issue I had of note was the bathroom though spotless did have a rather unpleasant smell, again not uncommon in this area of Marrakech but maybe it could be looked into or a freshener installed. I'm not going agree these are dislikes just points of note. The suites do have the external windows but overlook the street so get a little more noise. The rooms do have only internal windows but less noise and really isn't an issue., most Riads have internal facing Windows. This isn't a Riad or a traditional Dar , although more likened to the latter, if you want that experience look elsewhere. This is a modern house, nothing wrong with that but be clear on your preference.

The property is almost unrivalled in location, prime position for the main sites and easily located without any dark alleys. The host is superb. The rooms are clean, modern and well equipped. Including both a fridge and kettle, quite rare in Marrakech Dars and Riads. The TV is SMART so has full connection and good WiFi. The terrace is lovely with a good view. Beds and bedding of high quality, akin to European style rather than the usual hard beds of Morocco. Again unusual for a Medina property it's relatively quiet and allows good sleep unlike most Riads. You also get a key to the front door so no hanging around.

Hotel is situated on one of the entrance road to the Medina. Yet behind the close doors not a sound to be heard. Very comfortable beds, and clean rooms. The waterfall shower in the room was also bliss. Hassan was the perfect host available to service any requests we had.

I liked everything, but it was a pity that there were no windows here.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is located next to the Medina and the mosque. The interior is nice and recently renovated. The owner showed me everything, told me everything and was generally friendly. Thank him for his help!

Hssain gave me a warm welcome and shared a good overview of how to travel around Morocco. He helped me with my luggage as well. The room was very spacious and the rooftop had a good view of the medina. The location is great! Near meetup points for day trips.

The shower door was leaking slightly so the bathroom floor got wet while showering. Didn't impact greatly but just something to be aware of.

Dar Nourdha is very well located. It’s very clean and the staff are nice. Beyond the terrace and the bedroom , there isn’t much more to the place . If all you need is a clean comfortable bedroom within walking distance of the main attractions, this place is perfect. My bedroom was advertised as a 40m2 suite , which it was certainly not . Best description would be a 30m2 (estimation) large bedroom with a couch. Apart from a lock on the bedroom door there is no safe means of storing personal possessions, so at first I didn’t feel comfortable leaving cash and passport in bedroom. However, after my first day I felt that it would be ok to leave personal items in my room. The staff were very attentive, the breakfast was excellent. However, simple things like topping up the tea and coffee in the bedroom was overlooked for the extent of my stay, which was unfortunate. The staff will always be available to offer taxis, excursions, and restaurants, if you are of affluent means go with this offer , but if you are a normal budget conscious traveller just use websites like Tripadvisor or GetYourGuide as they offer excellent rates and genuine reviews are very reliable.

Going home and back to work 🤣

We travelled to Marrakesh as a group of 6 girls for our friends 60th birthday. We stayed here and were looked after by Hssaine, who was more than accommodating, and we are more than grateful for everything, breakfast, trips advice and security. . We could absolutely not fault anything about our whole experience and stay in Marrakesh. Our driver was Ayoub and nothing was ever a trouble. Hssain was a very good host...He prepared breakfast early and left it in our fridge as we had an early start to Zagora Desert trip. The location was perfect..We could see Jamaa el Fnna Square from the terrace, also the koutoubia mosque...The suite was comfortable and large with a big bathroom, shower was good and the room was exceptional clean...Breakfast was tasty and varied..Would definitely stay again.

A pair of slippers and a full-length mirror in the room wouldn’t hurt:) Also please note, this is not a riad, there’s no yard inside. It’s absolutely okay for me, the stay was super comfortable, very quiet, the room is spacious, feels like recently renovated, toiletries are provided. For me it was more than ok, I’m happy about the stay anyway!

The location is awesome 🤩 very close to main attractions and very comfortable. If you want a comfortable and affordable stay just one step away from medina (but not inside medina) this is the place!🏆 It’s perfect value for money. Well, could be cheaper, but accommodation in Marrakech is not the cheapest overall:) I can’t blame this place specifically:)
