The accommodation is centrally located within the medina. The room was comfortable and felt private. The breakfast was ample and tasty, and the terrace where we ate it has beautiful views over the city. Overall it was a good value and comfortable stay.

Our host was not happy that we used the kitchen to make tea that we had bought. There is no sign saying that the kitchen is not to be used.

Our host was friendly and the lady who made our breakfast was great. The breakfast was good. Our host upgraded us to a bigger room which we appreciated.

The gentleman, probably the owner of the accommodation, was very suspicious, and I didn't feel very comfortable. He was annoyed because I hadn't read that I had to pay in cash, but it's easy to forget these details when you travel and change accommodation often.

The entire accommodation is very nice and in an excellent location. The staff (female) are very friendly. The breakfast on the terrace is very generous and good.

The bed was a little small, but not a major issue.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff that welcomed us was lovely, very flexible with our arrival time constantly changing and gave lots of tips for the area. We really liked the hotel, we really enjoyed the aesthetic, and there’s a really nice rooftop where we had a coffee and a snack. Clean. Really great value for money.

Bath towels could e bigger

Said is such a lovely host, makes you feel at home. The place is not luxurious but quaint cozy, nicely decorated, and priced right. Said makes a lovely breakfast served on the rooftop. The hotel is very well situated close to everything in the Medina. It is our second time staying there, and if in Tangier again we will be back.

The house is a little hard to find but it adds to the charm of the place and after a bit of time you find it more easily!

Said is a lovely and interesting man who speaks many languages effortlessly, we really enjoyed our stay in his home. The house is beautiful and right in the centre of the Medina so it’s super easy to access different parts of the city. Our experience there felt very authentic. The breakfast was delicious with amazing views of the city. Sue was lovely too and gave us lots of great recommendations.

The owner was answering quite slow. Agree with him before hands times (examples breakfast time) otherwise you ll need to wait a lot for it to come.

The room was fine, a bit small maybe, but without any acoustic isolation from outside (and I guess the other way around either). So we heard every single noise coming from the terrace, from the kitchen and from the other hosts. Plus, the riad is 5 meters far from a mosque and we heard the muezzin yelling in the middle of the night, something we should be supposed to know before making the reservation (we had the same problem some years ago in Marrakech too).

We booked a room on the top floor (cheepest option I guess ) and the mosque close by is really really close, so at 6 am you are waking up, definitely. I'm not sure if other rooms are better, but we wouldn't book again.

Good location, close to everything. If you are coming by taxi the best spot for drop off is Grand Socco, from there you have 5min max on foot. Room was ok, a bit small, bathroom was nice and big, clean.

Breakfast started rather late compared to what westerners are used to, 0900-1100 and one of two morning was later than that in fact, with no explantion offered directly. Staff did not have a good local map (walking as area pedestralized) nor list of local recommended eating sites, we were expected to use guides for most needed information at additional cost to ourself.

Staff went out of thier way to be useful and generally sceeded at being so. Worked to link guest up with guides wherre were knowledgeable about getting things taken care off.

One of the rooms did not have a full door to separate the bathroom (window on the door had been broken down and was not replaced), it made it difficult to use as there was no privacy. Only stayed for one night, so queried the owner on our departure about it, just to receive excuses. But most importantly, whilst the check out was at 12.00, 15 min earlier the owner called and told us to leave. We were already on our way out though. The next guests arrived before our departure, and the keys from one of the rooms was immediately requested for them.

Very good location in the streets of Tangier's old city. Clean rooms. Nice hospitality by the ladies preparing and serving the breakfast.
