Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandThe room number 5 was difficult to ventilate due to small door and no windows. It was quite hot inside even with the door open. It was difficult to get rid of humidity after showers. The rest of the rooms however seem to be more convinient, as they have windows and bigger doors. Also, the location is quite difficult to find in the medina at first, because the street itself is not necessarily marked in the Google Maps, so we had to ask some locals for help–they are kind enough to help.
Great location for exploring the city. The whole facility is beautiful with a terrace for guests. The bed was comfortable, the room big enough. The staff did not understand English the best, but Mohammed made all the effort to communicate with us. It's good to have some French knowledge! The breakfasts were delicious and huge, with juice, water and tea served.

ItalyI just wished we could have paid by card in advance. but this is is pretty common in Morocco.
We booked a room here last minute, as it seemed like the best option available—and I’m really glad we did. Our room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The riad is in Rabat’s Medina, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. We arrived by car and parked it in a lot about five minutes away. The staff was very kind and friendly. He gave us tips on what to visit and served us amazing mint tea. Breakfast was also good—simple, traditional Moroccan, and well prepared.

CanadaIt would be nicer and easier if we had a key to access the front door instead of having to use the doorbell to get in. Lighting is very poor, so we had to keep the bathroom light on.
Basic room, but very clean and mostly quiet. It would be nice if the shower was enclosed but there is a fan which helps dry out the floor as well as remove the smells. Location is good and easy to access but Google Maps takes you to the wrong side of the buildings. Wifi is good. Bed is firm but we slept very well on it. We were given a welcome tea which was nice. Staff is friendly.

SpainOur room was too interior, it has an small window in the door itself, and that was it. Because of that the room smelled too damp and it made it very muggy with all the humidity inside. Shower was not separated in the bathroom (it looks like common in many Dars or Riads) so first time you take a shower, better be careful with not slipping, because all the rest of your days there, the bathroom floor is gonna be wet.
Location is very good, right on the Medina heart, but in a street not noisy at all. Mohamed was a good manager - host, and helped us in everything he could. The Inner courtyard is also very appropriate. Bed was good and confortable to rest at night. Breakfast is also really good and abundant, with a good variety of things to enjoy.

LatviaThe fan.... it just cycles the warm air around... there is no air conditioning... so in warm weather like now is very , very hard to keep cool... easy to overheat for people who are not use to these warm summers....
It was in very quite location... but the same time in middle of everything... you can reach easily every shop , cafes, beach... anything you need.... room itself and bathroom was very good.
