Our hosts have gone above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. And we will miss the little tea brakes on the roof terrace.

    Everything and especially the hosts.

Super friendly staff. Great breakfast. They were waiting for us at the taxi drop off so we wouldn't get lost, then walked us to the restaurant to show us the way. These are budget accommodations that do the trick if you're looking for a one or two affordable night stays in the Medina.

The shower was not so clean and the water didn't go down the drain.

Talk about an authentic Fes experience! Musa was prompt to answer all our questions on WhatsApp and in person, went out of his way to help us navigate the 9,300 allies in Fes, and made sure our bellies were full and our hearts (or as Moroccan’s would say, our liver) were happy before heading out on our adventures for the day. Rooms? Cosy, clean and ready for a great’s nights rest. (Semi)-Pro tip? Definitely end your day off on the roof top terrace.

Staff where very kind and went out of their way to make sure we where comfortable. Our rooms were cleaned every day.i was able to use their kitchen facilities whenever I wanted to including the washing machine. The riad is located in rcif which is the edge of the Medina nearer to the qarawin masjid.. You can walk to the blue gate in about 30 mins, through the Medina, which I loved to do or you can take a taxi . The breakfast was lovely and they were more than happy to make lovely Moroccan green tea for you throughout the day.

Ask for a downstairs room if you have difficulty going up and down the stairs.

The hotel host is so so so nice. He offered tea every time he saw us, he insisted on showing us around as it was easy to get lost in the streets, and he walked us to a restaurant when we asked him for any recommendations. The room was very nice for being so cheap! The hotel is 3 minutes from the souks. And there were actually a few restaurants only 3 minutes from the hotel that was open for serving food as it was Ramadan.

A little cold, but there were two thick blankets provided in the room that we could use when we were sleeping.

Achmed and Moussa. They were amazing hosts. Thank you Very good location right outside of the medina. The breakfast was quite good

Try not to have rooms on the ground floor. It does not smell good at all. Nearly everything needs to be fixed. Lights, doors, sinks, showers. the pillows were extremly uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and offered free tea in the mornings and evenings. Place RCIF was a handy reference point even in the souks. The house was architecturally nice and rooftop terrace.

The room was large but there were many things that would have made it more comfortable, such as working lights and properly fitting curtains. The sewage smell coming from the sink was nauseating although that might be common across the Medina. Even though the room was cleaned every day, the bed did not feel overly clean and at the end of our stay we realized we had been bitten by bed bugs.

The room was arranged in a very cozy way and the entire building has an incredible atmosphere. Not to mention the breathtaking terrace where you can enjoy some tea and have a wonderful view of the city. Moussa is the best host you could ever hope for: he accompanied us everywhere we needed and he made us fell like we were home. The quality-price is unbeatable. Best place to stay in Fes. Love from Emanuele and Sara 💪

The staff were friendly, accommodating and were always available for help. The hosts are resourceful and will give good advice about travelling through Fes/Morocco, do remember to ask early and plan ahead if you want to go on daytrips around the area. Breakfast was delicious and plenty with a different variety of breads and pastries everyday! Delicious Coffee/ Mint Tea were offered throughout the stay. The terrace is beautiful. Thank you!

The room was a little cold and damp at times as we came near winter. However, it was cleaned daily and cleanliness was up to standard! A thick blanket is also provided. Cat is beautiful but is fierce and scratches when touched sometimes so beware

The room and bed were super comfortable. The breakfast is the tastiest that I’ve had in Morocco and there is as much mint tea as you can drink. The location is really handy and the Riad is very well signed from the main square. Super easy to find. You won’t find better people than Moussa and his team. They were welcoming and helpful and I wish them all the best.

The breakfasts are amazing.. The staff are very kind and friendly. The roof terrasse is easily accessible and very comfortable and pretty. The beds were hard but comfortable, and the sheets were very clean. The shower water abundant and hot.

The bathroom was smelly, wet, and cramped. It definitely needed work. For the money, I think I shouldn't have felt like I was camping. The smell from the toilet filled ghe room.

The host Mr Musa is genuinely very kind and helpful. The riad is a traditional morrocan styled place. Don't expect 5 stars hotel, but authentic moroccan stay. They served welcome morrocan traditional tea upon arrival at rooftop terrace with spectacular view as of we are travel back during Alladin time of arabian night. The breakfast was big with all kind of traditional bread, but too much carb. How nice if protein and veggie/salad are included in the bf menu.

The floor could be a little sticky/oily. The bathroom has some kind of unpleasant smell. But can't blame them. Its few hundreds year house and plumbing.
