Absolutely the best recommendation for someone coming to fes , the riad looks like a beautiful elegant museum , super beautiful decorated room with a super appreciated air con in it made it just perfect .Very calm clean , beautiful terrace with a cute squirrel in it . The breakfast in the morning was rich and tasty . But above all the super kind and great host Amin , he made sure we had the best stay and everything we needed from the moment we stepped in . We def will be back .

The room was exceptionally beautiful, spacious and clean. Staffs were very helpful, excellent value for money!!

It was a bit challenging to locate because it's situated in an area of the Medina where only locals reside. Returning in the evening proved to be difficult, as locals repeatedly asked if we were lost and advised us not to go that way, insisting there was nothing there.

The host was amazing, gave us lots of tips on how to get around in the neighbourhood, got us airport transfers and a day trip and checked in on us regularly to see how we were doing. The location, the breakfast and tea, the room, the staff, everything was so nice. I would recommend this place 100% and I think it's a great value for your money.

Bed is very hard, which is not our preference.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Air conditions works very well and ventilator in the bathroom is also make us comfortable. Breakfast was more than enough to make me full.

Only a thing I would like to say for future improvement is Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room (we stayed in twin room on the top floor) But it works well once you go to downstairs.

Highly recommended. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom cleaned and the position perfect to be around Chefchaouen. Also Mohammed was incredibly kind.

The riad has a very nice atmosphere. Food, both breakfast and dinner were great. Othmane was very hospitable and helpful and made sure we had a good stay. All staff were great, too.

There is no soundproof inside the riad, but that didn’t bother us.

Othmane was a great host from beginning to end. I drove to Fes so he explained me very well where to park. And he picked me up from my car to riad. It’s about 8 minutes walk. I explored 6-7 hours and in the evening he served some meals that I was tired to go out. It’s very delicious. And the room is big enough and comfortable in an authentic atmosphere. His brother helped me to deliver to me to my car. I’m am really grateful that they made me feel at home. And the terrace view at night is nice.

The Riad exceeded my expectations, The room is huge, interior is beautiful, great location (but it is hard to find - get Maps.me) Great dinner.

The place everything is close like Mosques including Qarawiyying Mosque.

10/10, staff took us from point 20 minutes away from the hotel because we lost in maze of streets in Fez.

Not to complain about

Omar and his family were absolutely adorable throughout our visit. Being the only guests in January they immediately upgraded us to the spacious family room despite having booked the smaller twin, always providing excellent service, including efficient airport transfer, amazing restaurant recommendations, hot water, AC and a lovely roof terrace. We highly recommend this Riad to any budget traveller seeking a charming authentic atmosphere.

Everything was more than satisfactory

Rooms are comfortable and clean, towels and soap in very bathroom, breakfast is good. Try to order food, it is really well done, the best we had in Fez.

Very good! Nice people who service the riad and beautiful rooms! A really cool roof top :) But like any other riad in the Medina not for people who are sensitive to noises at night :)

The owner was really nice, gave some good tips on what to see in the city. Also extremely accommodating, it felt like you're at home. Very nice breakfast! The Riad has a rooftop with an amazing view over medina!
