A soap in the bathroom could have been nice

Manager very patient with us after our long 56 hrs travel to morocco and 20 hrs drive to Fes where our car broke down 4 times and we were tired. Thank you. Breakfast was also generous and lovely. Location is very handy and it is well signposted so very easy to find without reception

Very pleasant, calm, and beautiful setting right in the medina. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We loved the services offered, especially the fact that they could pick us up directly from the airport and take us there. They also offer great places to discover, and you can also ask them for other things.

Breakfast service was a bit slow.

Awesome stay in Fes. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even did my laundry! Rooms were the perfect size and the AC worked well. Breakfast was generously portioned. Location is great, down a quiet alley away from a busy street and not a far walk to the Medina. Some nice restaurants nearby also.

There is a bit of neglect apparent, like it's hard to keep up such an old building with limited staff.

Accommodation in a small riad is a totally different experience and it’s not made for seniors like us. Close to the Medina but the other side is a lot better.

Mohamed was always friendly and helpful and made sure we are safe. All the staff are nice and professional within the bounds of their confined environment. You get what you paid for.

noise, because like all the rest of Morocco, there is no building insulation, you can hear everything. Also, the room was run down and with a bad smell of drainage coming from the bathroom, and a main room door that had quite a gap in the bottom.

Easy to find Riad right in the center of all the action. If coming by car, paid parking is in Bab gdid about 1 km away - 40 dirhams for 1 day with free van transport to the center. Room was second floor and had an AC. Breakfast was decent. It was easy to get around Fes on foot and see all the attractions it has to offer.

When staying in medina and neighborhood, expect to feel more uncomfortable. We were there during Ramadan, so that also increased suspicion thoughts, but the staff in the riad was accommodating and we felt okay most of the time

The hotel was clean. The breakfast was also good and plentiful. Mohamed is so kind. He introduced us to a lot of things. If we hadn’t already booked the next hotel, we would have asked him to help us arrange our plans at an affordable price.

Room was a bit chilly at night and the AC was not really warming it up. The lighting from the corridor was entering our room at night and there were no curtains for the glass door.

Everything went well - the staff was more than kind - they did laundry for us when we asked, printed our plane tickets, packed breakfast for us when we went for an out of town tour.. Our room was nice - equipped with toiletries, had extra blankets, it was cozy.

Our AC was not able to heat (with an outside temperature of 7 degrees), so it was quite cold at night. And to us the beds were too hard

It was already mentioned in comments above, so really no complains, but because it was cold at nights outside, the only problem was that the bathroom had no heating, so it was really cold.

It’s really in good place, all the staff we met were really helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Aya helped us to find really good gide, who showed us Medina (it’s really impossible without the guide). They even gave us breakfast ‘to go’ because of an early departure. The room was really tidy.

These rooms are amazingly good value as the breakfast itself is worth the cost of the room! Good location near the tanneries, although a bit far from the blue gate. The best bit was the manager Mohamed? who went out of his way to help us with getting us a SIM card & organising a great restaurant in a beautiful raid nearby (fes lile also do meals but we wanted a change). And taking us & our baggage down 4 flights of stairs at 5am in the morning with a packed breakfast. Would recommend upgrading to the bigger rooms at the top as double room we were first (front facing), had a horrible smell from the toilet drain.

Very good location, good food, and the staff was very nice. It was my birthday and he went to buy a birthday cake for me with the candles and my age on it, that was cool
