There were some noise outside after midnight but overall we like the location being close to everything and the staff were above and beyond with their service. I will definitely book again if we come back!

The staff were super nice and friendly. Great location with a nice view. They made us breakfast box since we have to leave early to the airport. We are very happy to stay here. Highly recommended!

A bit thinner pillow would be amazing

Perfect location, delicious breakfast, nice and cozy little hotel with the beautiful Moroccan vibe in the middle of medina. The staff was so lovely, especially Marihuan and Mohammed. They helped us with the luggage up the stairs, they walked us to meeting point for the taxi to Fes and helped with our luggage again, gave us the best local restaurant recommendations and went above and beyond. Thank you so much brothers, you made our stay unforgettable.

Our room was quite small with limited space for luggage, but that seems a small disadvantage for an otherwise very nice lodging.

Thoroughly updated inside with nice marble, tile and shiny woodwork; the interior feels like a new building. Very nice bathroom. Hearty breakfast. Kind and charming staff. Located on a pleasant, active square within the medina.

The hotel is not accesible with the car, you have to walk a bit.

The hotel is very clean. It's a rather simple hotel and yet there are slippers, shampoo and other facilities. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you very much!

The whole property is kept incredibly clean. I don’t know how old this building is,but I could fell the staffs’s effort to maintain it. As soon as I got arrived at the hotel ,a receptionist kindly carried my luggage up to my room without me even asking That was so thoughtful of him. He also invited me to relax in the cafeteria and offered me a choice of coffee or tea, along with a bottle of water. After a long journey ,I was super tired so these services helped me a lot relax. Another staff was also helpful in booking my ticket to another city. Without their help,I would have struggled a lot ! He even prepared fresh orange juice for me on the morning of my departure and handed me a bottle of water,which was such a thoughtful service. The building has a rooftop terrace,and the view from there was amazing,you can see the whole city :)

The parking situation in Chefchaouen is terrible, but that is not the responsibility of this hotel.

The location of the hotel was in the center of Chefchaouen. Breakfast was very good and to have it on the roof terrace was just beautiful. Also the room was very nice with a good view to the blue houses and mountains. The owner speaks English very well. In summary a perfect stay, I will come back.

This is a really lovely hotel. The location is excellent only a few mins from the main square. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The staff always went out of their way to be helpful and hospitable. We are very glad we booked the Dar Kisania and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The ‘Budget Single Room’ was a box room. Tiny. My fault…I was able to upgrade - which is just as well. Don’t book that one.

Excellent location. Amazing (huge) breakfast which I reduced on subsequent days. Marouane at reception was extremely helpful and charming and sorted my Moroccan SIM, money change, and the room upgrade. Superlative service.

It is a Dar, there is not much place to relax outside in terms of garden but we knew that in advance. Rooftop has umbrellas and shade however!

Authentic place, at a beautiful lively neighbourhood square. very nice and helpful staff picking us up at the parking and also bringing us back! Rooms have everything they need. Breakfast is sumptuous and fresh, with different variations to the standard breakfast. Nice rooftop.

The only issue I had was the shower head could not be properly locked, so it constantly slid down the wall. For those who prefer to hold the hose (which I suspect is most Moroccans) this is obviously not a problem.

I really love this place, so much so that I extended my stay. The room, while tiny (I chose the cheapest) has everything you need: cold air conditioning, WIFI, a mini-fridge, kettle, and a nice bathroom. The location is right on a small square near the heart of the action. The staff went out and brought me bread when I was too sick to leave the room and helped recommend other places to me when I had to move hotels (because they were full). The rooftop terrace has EPIC views of the surrounding mountains, and it's well-priced.

The only concern were the many steps to the room. If you have any mobility issues, this will be a challenge. Otherwise, it is fine.

It was a bit noisy one night in the square outside, but I'd recommend taking earplugs on a trip to Morocco anyway so it wasn't an issue.

Absolutely perfect - felt very clean and new but really nicely done (the best bathroom and view we've had in Morocco). Amazing location in a central square, the views from the terrace are amazing (as was the breakfast) and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
