The breakfast (like many destinations in Morocco) is very limited and heavy on sweetened carbs. There is no sign on the door to indicate that you have arrived at the Riad - would kindly suggest that the owners please add one to make it easier for guests arriving for the first time. My initial room was a bit small (very hard to get around the end of the bed to the bathroom), but I was able to change it for my subsequent nights after asking a couple of times.

The location was great - fairly central yet fairly quiet. Lovely rooftop area.

The staff at the riad were so amazing and made us feel so welcomed, they went above and beyond. The property itself is gorgeous too! Centred right in the Medina you have everything within a 5 minute walk

Relatively easy to find once you get your bearings, as Fes is a little confusing. But this is a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of Fes Markets. The staff are fantastic, Mohammed and Hassan are two top guys, who couldn’t do enough to help myself and my friend. Even coming to show us where to go, when we got lost in the Souks, and still had a flight to catch that evening. The Riad room number 2, was a perfect room, with A/C and two beds, one double and a single up top, both beds were comfy and enough space to move around in. The breakfast was plentiful, with a little variety of crepes and some fruit.

Would've liked a bit of fruit at breakfast. Our shower did not drain properly.

Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was good, and we were offered tea all the time. They helped us in our search for carpets and arranged a driver for a visit to a ceramic 'factory'.

It's a little hard to get to, our taxi driver originally dropped us off at the far entrance to the Medina. It's easier to get to from the eastern side

Central location in the medina, a bit tricky to find, but Google maps is accurate. The room was spacious, equipped with AC and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was okay. The staff was really nice.

The entrance to go to the Riad was a little bit strange and dirty ( not because of the host) We would have appreciated that for the tour we did in the desert they would send us the program also by WhatsApp or email.

The host were perfect very helpful and welcoming. Overall everything was very good. They also booked us some tours. Very good value for money.

Nothing. The alley to reach the Riad is completely dark so you'll need a light to find it but still didn't felt dangerous :)

Everything. The guy from the staff was so welcoming even though we booked our room last second and also made us choose a better room. The breakfast was exceptional probably the best we had from all the Riads we stayed in and we had it in a nice and quiet terrace.
