The breakfast is ok but only if you get early, if you get after 9 you might not have the chance to eat banana, tomatoes, cucumber and bread. They only do more coffee or tea, the rest is first come first serve.

Is the first time I'm in a room where you cannot close de door, anyone could go in and they don't use lockers. You only have 1 draw for keeping documents safe. The bathroom in our floor is literally next to the "reception" so just imagine having to use it while someone is doing the check in. The showers also without doors! So uncomfortable! The first floor is also terrible for noise because you're next to the street and you hear every night children playing, cats fighting and the call for the pray. If you're able to pay more please stay in another place!

    The room was as pictured

There is no WiFi and phone data does not work in the hostel, anywhere. The staff was very rude when I was upset because they advertise having WiFi. It was late and the owner told me to deal with it or leave. They didn’t offer anything and were extremely rude. I have traveled in 6 continents budget travel always and never in 15 years encountered such awful people, service, or treatment. Really do not stay here.

Very central in the Medina. Car can’t access but can get pretty close. My flight arrived late so I asked for an airport transfer and it was easily arranged, the driver was very nice and friendly and helped me to the door even though it was super late. The place was nice with a beautiful terrace. Breakfast included was plentiful.

The dorm was near the door and street so slightly noisier, but with earplugs I had no problems.

Excellent breakfast every morning and very friendly/welcoming staff. Overall a very hospitable and relaxing environment.

Can be quite loud at night due to people in the streets and potentially other guests near the rooms. It was also a bit hard to find when I first arrived.

This hostel is super nice, the people working there are the best, so helpful and open, I learned a lot about Moroccon culture from them. The location is right in the medina, you can walk from the port in 15min. The breakfast is amazing, all vegetarian :)

It was very noisy during the night, around midnight a huge noise woke me up, very strange. I had to use earplugs, but so far everywhere in Morocco, so not the hostels fault.

The staff were absolutely amazing! They were super helpful and would help you with anything and everything. They give amazing tips on where to go and how to get there. The location was great. In the old Madina close to the souks, everything is within walking distance. If I go back to Tanger i am definitely staying here again.

There was no fan or airconditioning in my room. For me it wasn't that bad because the weather wasn't super hot yet (around 20-23 degrees at night). But i can imagine it not being nice in the summer heat. The showers were shared, which was completely fine. But there was quite a bit of mold in the showers, which is unfortunate. Besides the mold it was clean and kept clean by the staff daily.

Simple accommodation with hardish beds ( that I liked) with nice rooftop places to sit out and a kitchen to make a drink or simple meal. Good value for simple accommodation in the city

Unfortunately the roof social areas are right outside the rooms and so unthoughtful guests and staff can make it too noisy to sleep. I had to ask guests to keep the noise down at 1am, yet staff had not asked them to do so, even though they were close by!

Dormitory is ok, 4 bunk beds in the female dorm, with socket beside your bed; 3 restrooms in the property, comfortable and clean; good common areas (rooftop, terrace and a porch) with excellent wifi. Staff was friendly (i met Mohassine and a german volunteer)

Unfortunately breakfast starts at 9 and we should leave earlier, we weren't offered a take away solution even if breakfast was included, i suggest to give the possibility of a take away box that would help in case of early flight. The picture of the terrace on the sea is of another building in front of the property. The alley is narrow and a bit dark, at evening some unfriendly guys (but of course it's not the property's fault). I suggest a signal with the name of the hostel at the door
