The location is great! Just where the heart of Fes is. The receptionist Mr Anas was available for us all day and night long for anything we ask for & the breakfast was yummy. Honestly speaking, I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit this magnificent city.

Everything matched the pictures. The room was spacious, clean, good bed, the bathroom spacious and clean as well. The breakfast was good. The terrace at the rooftop was lovely. The location is good as well, and easy to find. The hosts were lovely, and we appreciated them being accommodating about our breakfast time due to the train departure that would have otherwise made us miss breakfast. Overall good value for money, would recommend if you're looking for an authentic, Riad experience.

The bed was a bit too firm for our liking.

We loved the location, the phenomenal staff, tasty meals and the spacious room with a king bed. We appreciated that the window in our suite opened up to the outside which allowed fresh air. Thank you to Tarik for allowing us to spend time on their lovely rooftop terrace and storing our luggage as we had an evening flight. And a big Thanks to Mohammed for going over and above to help out with booking a taxi for us and his excellent service during our stay. Shokran!!

I had an incredible stay and highly recommend! The owner and his son are very kind and truly care about their guests. Very responsive through messages and give great recommendations on how you can spend your time in Fes. The location was perfect for me as I was traveling alone so the taxis could bring me right to the door when needed. Check out the bazaar right next door for any shopping you need to do. Excellent prices. I really recommend this hotel!

There was pique and separate blankets instead of blanket in sheet, but it is just my preference.

The room was spotless clean and the stuff is phenomenal. They spent a lot of time to explain us lots of staff, offered to prepare breakfast for us although we had to leave much earlier than breakfast time.

Nice room within the medina walls but far enough from the busy areas to allow for a peaceful nights sleep. Ahmed was a kind host and arranged my airport transfer despite by 4hr delay and 3am arrival.

Very good location right on the edge of the medina, in a relatively calm area. Its the best low budget housing we have found in Morocco. The owner is also super nice and gave us great tips on where to go.

Original breakfast , the view in the terrace is exceptional and hosts are very welcoming. The location is near to the street and therefore easy to drop your luggage and near to the parking if you have a car.

breakfast could be more agile, but in the end the ideia is to get in the rhythm of the locals, so even that wasn't downside.

Ahmed and his wife were great hosts. They did everything to make us feel welcomed! The location was a bit out of old Medina, what wasn't bad, as felt quiet and safe. They indicate to us a very good restaurant close by, and although there were lots of them, their indications always tent to be the best ones.

Ahmed and his family were so helpful. They arranged transportation to the airport and even helped us get the paper boarding pass needed to enter the airport. The property sits right next to the road, yet is quiet. It’s great not to have to carry our bags through narrow alleyways but to be dropped off in front of the riad. Our first full day it poured rain. They prepared us a healthy tasty meal so that we wouldn’t have to go out and scout for a meal. Our room came with a heater, a first for Morocco and we appreciated not spending the night freezing.
