From the moment we arrived to the last minutes before leaving, the staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The Riad itself is clean, tastefully decorated, with superb Air Conditioning and a real Oasis to return to after a day out or to relax by the stunning, clean pool. We do not often eat at the hotels we stay in, but the authentic Moroccan food on offer was so good that we had 70% of our meals there. We would not hesitate to recommend Dar Chamaa and will be back next year.

Unfortunately, we had very poor wi-fi in our room, which was a challenge because we had to take a work call. Other than that, no complaints.

It's out of the way. It's not convenient to much But easy in a taxi. The staff organised this for us without a problem.

The excessive insistence on paying with cash and the apparently out of battery PÓS not allowing card payment. It affected what could have been a wonderful stay.

For dinner, there was just a menu (one starter, a main plate and one desert) without other possibilities of choice, and the breakfast was poor

The air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. Not a deal breaker as we opened the window and cool air came in just fine.

Our dinner was not good. Our beef tangine was very dry, you could tell it had not been done at the moment. Our mistake was to not send it back but it was late and we were hungry. The chocolate cake we had for dessert was not good, not moist and tasty. When we mention it that evening to the front desk and then again when we paid in the morning, they didn’t seem to pay much attention to our comment. A good business person would’ve deducted it from our bill. The second thing was breakfast. The indoor dining room is very small. The Riad was full. They were not organized at all and totally unprepared to deal with the amount of people. They ran out of plates, water, coffee, crepes . It was crazy! They need to be better organized to deal with a large crowd of people.

Airconditioner sounds was so loud. Also pool side music is really loud and disturbing.

Palms trees view was beautiful especially in the early morning. They have own parking inside the hotel which is good.
