Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PortugalThe insonorisation of the facility is poor, as this is an old building. The neighborhood is quite noisy until late in the night
Location and the fact it has a beautiful typically Moroccan architecture. The friendliness of the staff, the good breakfast and the fast WiFi

United StatesI had an unforgettable stay at this stunning riad! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. They were incredibly welcoming, and their attention to detail was unmatched - they remembered our names throughout the entire stay, which added a personal touch. The breakfast was by far the best of our trip to Morocco, with a delicious spread that made each morning special. The riad itself is a true Moroccan retreat, beautifully designed with intricate details and a serene atmosphere right in the heart of the Medina. It was a perfect oasis to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable experience in Rabat!

NetherlandsThe breakfast was just ok. We got used to fruit, yogurt, eggs, and several kinds of breads on the table so this wasn't impressive. Fine, but nothing to write home about. If you asked for an omelet they would make it for you, but this wasn't written down anywhere.
The rooms were nice and appropriately sized. The big suite our friends stayed in was gorgeous and huge. Our double was sufficient. There is a very nice area upstairs to spend time in. We got delicious tea when we arrived while they got our things to our rooms. They also arranged for cabs to pick us up at the hotel at an outrageously early time so we could catch our 6 am flight.

SerbiaVery nice Riad. The owner provided us with rooms on the first floor and we could literally choose which room we wanted to go to. We were a group of 11 people (9 adults and two small children), and we had booked 4 rooms. All the rooms are very nicely decorated, everything is clean. The breakfast is classic: homemade pastries, sweet spreads and fried eggs. Coffee and tea are also available. The Riad is located in the Medina. There are shops nearby, but it is not far to walk to the Hassan Mosque and the Mohammed V Mausoleum. I thank the hosts for the recommendation of the Dar Naji restaurant. A very nice restaurant with Marrocan food. The prices are correct. I want to highlight and praise the kindness of the owner of this Riad. In the Riad you can pay by card, which is also very important and significant for tourists.

IrelandThe riad isn't staffed as they usually are and they meet you for checking in and breakfast. Once there they issue you a code for the door which in our case was incorrect so we were locked out upon our return. Luckily I was able to use my phone to call them to sort it out but it wasnt ideal. The riad itself however is amazing.
This Riad is absolutely stunning in an exceptional location. It's a photographers paradise. Clean, beautifully presented, comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast in a beautiful setting with friendly staff. Easily accessible as just a short walk from the main road, very close to the better part of the old medina and near the port.

Wonderful traditional Riad palace hotel in the medina. Located a 5 minute walk from the coast main road outside the Andalucian garden and Bab Oudaya city gate, the location is perfect. The interior decor of the hotel is elegant and stylish in true classic Moorish style. Excellent for photos. The rooms are quiet and well furnished. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was really out of this world. We loved it here.
