Unfortunately the host had been called away on a family emergency and the welcome duties were left to the maid/neighbor across the way who speaks Arabic and Spanish. She kindly let me in and tried her best to show me around. Communication was difficult. The bathroom toilet had been shut off and it took me a bit of time to figure out how to turn it on. My room which faced the entrance or alley was extremely noisy throughout the night with neighbors shouting to each other and the banging and clanging of work being done. I would recommend that light sleepers avoid this one front room. I believe the back rooms do not share this noise issue.

Christina's house is located in a back alley of a lively neighborhood (at least at night) and very convenient to the attractions of Asilah. Usually, the host is at the house to greet guests and get them acquainted with the facility. The rooms are located on the second floor and each of the four guest rooms includes a bathroom. There is a very spacious living room, dining room and kitchen on this same floor. One of the bedrooms faces the front alley and is quite noisy at night. You feel as if you are in someone's private home as the place is very well decorated and well maintained. The host (whom I didn't have a chance to meet face to face) has thought of most everything for guests. There is a lovely rooftop as well which has adequate furnishings for guests to hang out in the evening although I imagine it would be quite warm in the day.

Some work being done on neighbours house, so a few loud bangs and lots of plaster falling from walls. This was only one day out of three.

All my taxis was booked via speaking to them via booking.com. After realising train leaves Asilah at around 2pm for Tangier, they requested my late check out. Lovely place to stay. Please visit Msoura Stone Circle when in area.

It's in a residential area and the neighbors shouted at the kids late into the night which is obviously not the hosts fault but it was annoying. I never saw the owner, just spoke to him on the phone. Felt strange without the host being there.

The room was very comfortable. I was able to wash some clothes in the washing machine. Lovely roof terrace and I made a cup of tea and went up to drink it Good location to get down to the sea

Nothing to complain about at all.

A beautiful house, which felt very homely and comfortable. With a lovely terrace to have breakfast or while away the evening. Easily situated a couple of minutes walk from Asilah’s absolutely stunning medina. And close to a vast array of oddly specific shops and stalls where you can buy literally anything. A nice bit of hustle and bustle in the evening, but there’s no jostling for trade and the place feels very relaxed.

A bit worn out, congested shower, old matras (but doable for 2 nights), neighbours didn't like we parked our car in the street (paid parking also available close by), roof terrace was a bit old and worn out, no reception and no staff present (they do respond fast on questions via whatssapp and speak English), payment not possible with card

One of the beds in the three-bed bedroom was sagging and in need of replacement. Additionally, we noticed the paint peeling off in some areas of the bathroom and bedroom walls. We also observed that one of the fan's legs requires repair

The location is great, very close to the Medina and the beach. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. I loved the roof top , a lovely place to read and enjoy the sun. Nema was very kind all the time and she was very concerned about my gluten free dietary requirements. She was so kind to prepare me different options to enjoy a lovely Moroccan breakfast. I know where to stat when I am in Asilah. Thank you
