Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CroatiaThe bathroom was small and the door wouldn't fully close. There is lack of privacy in general because you need to open the windows to have some fresh air, but they are facing that stairway, so when you open them, you are exposed to anyone passing by your room inside the house.
Hosts were incredibly helpful with their recommendations and very welcoming as well. The breakfast was the best I had in all of Morocco, with omelette, orange juice, fruit salad, coffee, tea, bread and some spreads, there is nothing more I could ask for. The location is convenient as it is in Medina, and everything is accessible on foot from Casa Indigo.

BulgariaThe first surprise was the lack of bathroom door. Yes, right. You use the toilet or take a shower behind a simple curtain... I am not picky. Decided that it is normal, and considered it is a part of the Morocco experience that we should collect. But few days later the host informed us out of the blue that he is going to install bathroom door (we didn't mention the lack of door at all prior that). And this to be done during our stay... And on the day that we need to prepare for a special occasion... Totally unacceptable. But they were kind after all. Just they do not care for some details. Some of the rooms do not have A/C, pay attention, it is quite hot at night.
This riad is in a good location in the heart of the medina, making it a good starting point for your walks around. You will feel the spirit and have authentic experience. The hosts are kind. The bed is comfortable. There is a nice rooftop terrace to sit and have breakfast or rest.

IrelandNothing! Everything was great.
Our stay at Casa Indigo was excellent. The hosts are friendly and helpful, the staff are so warm and lovely. The location was amazing, right in the medina, couldn't be better! The rooms were extremely comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was both tranquil and delicious. Would highly recommend this beautiful riad! It felt safe and inviting. They also organised taxi service to the airport. We were travelling as an English and French speaker and the hosts accommodated for both. Really loved this place!

United Kingdomyou had to take a few left and rights before you found the property so took me 30 mins to find it. Guest that were staying at property were loud and kept me awake a couple of the nights. not the hotels fault you cannot control inconsiderate people. The shower in my room was quite small l kept turning off the shower.
this was a quirky riad. The breakfast was lovely in the mornings made /served by a young lady. She was polite and very welcoming. The other staff were really welcoming as well and made my stay nice. On arrival l was given some morrocan tea which was lovely. Was quite central really in Rabat and was a short 10 min walk to the property. This is a family run business and all of the sons, daughters were there supporting the mother. I thought this was lovely !

United StatesEverything about this riad is fantastic! From the hospitality you get as soon as you walk in the door to the delicious breakfast each morning and from the the beautiful interior and terrace to the great location in the Rabat medina, everything exceeded our expectations. Yahia and Keisha are great hosts. We stayed in three riads during this trip to Morocco and this one was our favorite. We will for sure be staying here again our next time in Morocco!

United KingdomIt was very noisy as there was no noise insulation, whilst I appreciated that the Riad was in the middle of the medina there are measures which can be taken such as double glazed windows. We struggled to sleep as we could hear every conversation outside
The room itself was nice and clean, the room was very spacious, the bedroom was tidy, the staff were very nice.
