The hospitality! I felt like home immediately. You can park your car right in front. The place is so nicely decorated and clean! The room and bathroom/shower are big and super clean as well. The mattress is hard which is perfect for me! It's located in a quiet street on the edge of town but the medina is just a short walk away. I planned to stay 1 night and I extended my stay :)

The personnel was very friendly and responsive. We asked for another room and there was no problem to get one. The breakfast was good. The parking in front of the hotel seemed to be safe. We slept well even there was some noise outside but we were not disturbed.

More light in the bathroom would have been good. But seems to be the norm in Morocco & Spain. Issue with TV reception which they tried very hard to rectify but buffering due in part to wind.

Good position on quiet road with safe car parking (CCTV in reception) Short walk to local beach, longer (20 minutes) walk to medina. Very helpful pleasant staff. Room had everything wanted: A/C, metal roller shutter + curtains to keep out heat, fridge, fast WiFi.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The riad's design blends modern comfort with authentic Moroccan charm, and our room was incredibly clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made it ideal for exploring Assilah. The value for money was outstanding, surpassing many more expensive riads. The room is very clean. The owner of the hotel is a married couple, they are kind and nice. They are truly service minded people: upgraded the room for free; helped ordering the food delivery at night; and sent us to Asilah authentic train station! We had nice memories there :)

The room was spacious and well appointed, with a firm but comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast provided a nice variety of items, including eggs cooked to order. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area of town. It's very close to the beach and a 15 minute walk will get you to the medina. It is also just a few blocks from several restaurants providing lunch/ dinner. Best of all, the staff was very pleasant and attentive.

Casa Bahia Asilah is a modern and new “hotel” with spacious and clean rooms with all amenities. Is based near by the beach and about 15 minutes walk from the old Medina. Is perfect if you have a car since is located in a very quiet street and parking is not an issue. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful with everything! We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast that was served at a lovely courtyard.

All was perfect

Everything was just perfect: from the location - next to the beach and a 10 min walk from the medina, to the staff always very helpful and attentive, to the facilities itself. The apartment was super clean, the beds very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay in Asilah thanks to this. Also the breakfast was very nice, well varied! Definitely recommending this for a stay in Asilah!

I wasn't expecting to be so nice. Friendly staff speaking English very well. The parking place in front of the hotel was surveilled with 2 cameras so our car was safe. All the hotel is very clean and the breakfast was abundant. Both beach and city center (restaurants) are just few min walking. The big terrace on the rooftop is ideal for resting. Ideal place even for a few nights stay
